Amazing place . Great rooms and location is perfect

The location was excellent. Next to the park, shopping street and many restaurants. The staff was decent and helpful. Wi-Fi worked well. Unfortunately I had no time but the hot breakfast looked very good.

Location, staff, size of room!

I liked the location, it is absolutely perfect. The Macroplaza is right there as well as the Morelos St. Also the decoration of the hotel and the room was pretty comfortable.

The location was good and the air con was loud so blocked out the street noise.

Check in was easy and pleasant. The bellboy Alejandro was amazing, he was so professional, kind and helpful. He gave us tips about what to do and where to go. He added value to our stay. Breakfast buffet is great, same for the lunch and dinner buffet.Lots of choice and tasty!

Overall, it was an average nice hotel for Mexico.

Very poor service, there was no one there so I could check in and had to walk to another hotel. I will be reaching out to Bookings for a refund.

I read a lot of mixed reviews I was a bit worried about my stay in iStay Monterrey. But our stay was excellent. People complained about rooms cleaning and air conditioning not working. Our room was cleaned every day, with all towels changed daily and air conditioning worked without any problems. Hotel rooms look a little bit old, but they're comfy and clean. We used a swimming pool a couple of times. And used a restaurant.

This place is as the name suggests, Antique. My room even had the original adobe walls, you could see horsehair and feathers embedded in the bricks, but under glass. Very clean, very comfortable bed - which I am picky about - optimum location for seeing the old town and the Parque Fundadora, a huge green space with arts and museums. I brought my own conditioner, as other reviewers noted none is provided. And even though I had a street-facing room, it was quiet at night.

The location is good, right in downtown near to restaurants. The room is big enough for two people. We got enough towels for the three nights.

It is a great and comfortable place to stay
