I really like the hotel, everything from the lobby to the room was really nice. The location is also reason good as you are in walkable distance from most of the city center points of interest.

One of the best hotels i have ever been to. Staff is the most helpful and friendly ever.

Location, room, restaurant, staff, service, pool, rooftop patio with views. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The restaurant was affordable and of high quality

I loved it. It's historical and they've kept it that way it's an amazing piece of history.

Everything! The ambience is fabulouse and it looks surreal with the interior designs. A well thoight out place. Kudos to the interior designer. The staff were friendly but only one could speak English. The management should consider having a bilingual staff ready to help foreign visitors.

The bed was very comfortable and very clean and like a lot the location of the hotel everything close and good service

I liked that free coffee was provided *most* mornings. (Coffee pot broke down at one point and went missing for several days.) Also liked the cable TV and that the front desk staff were always quite friendly and helpful. Hotel is a short walking distance to restaurants & everything of interest in downtown GDL.
