Habitaciones amplias y confortables

The lady at the front desk was not helpful at all, and purposely made us wait one and a half hour while she was attending every one else first.

Location and excellent service !!

The room was great all around. Couldn't ask for more. Also for a tourist the location is actually really good. You need a car anyways to move around the city. There's a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants around. As others have said, there's a superb taco place called "Carnitas Colinas" at a walking distance.

much better wifi than other hotels in this city, comfortable

The hotel lobby and restaurant are fantastic and modern. The room was disappointing as we were on the 5th floor and looked out onto a very grubby ledge - I suggest fake plants or something that will make it more pleasant to look out onto. The under curtains were dirty, coffee machine did not work and the towels in the bathroom were old, grey and shocking! But we complained and our room was changed to one on a higher floor which was much much better, and we appreciated that. The gym was also great! Angel at reception was fantastic and very very helpful and kind. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Good views, large rooms,, nice breakfast, good equipment in the gym. It is a new hotel.

Is close to the USA CAS and it has affordable prices compared to others

The staff was friendly, very comfortable bed, lot of space in the room

I like the hole place , and overall how clean the place was

Organized and clean. The arrival was really easy, instructions were clear since the beginning. They had the disponilility to save my luggage until my departure after checkout.
