Location, staff, size of room!

Excelent location, great staff.

Is in good Area, everything waking distance

The location was excellent. Next to the park, shopping street and many restaurants. The staff was decent and helpful. Wi-Fi worked well. Unfortunately I had no time but the hot breakfast looked very good.

Is close to the USA CAS and it has affordable prices compared to others

awesome place! very comfortable and modern. the staff are really nice too!

Great location with lovely rooms. Staff were very helpful and views were spectacular.

I read a lot of mixed reviews I was a bit worried about my stay in iStay Monterrey. But our stay was excellent. People complained about rooms cleaning and air conditioning not working. Our room was cleaned every day, with all towels changed daily and air conditioning worked without any problems. Hotel rooms look a little bit old, but they're comfy and clean. We used a swimming pool a couple of times. And used a restaurant.

Location is right at the heart of the centre of the city. Few minutes walking to the Macroplaza, markets and restaurants. Staff were helpful. 2 big, comfortable beds in the room and AC works well. The room was spacious and housekeeping was also good. The restaurant downstairs serves very good breakfast at a very reasonable rate. Go for the combo if you are hungry.

DIMENSION DE HABITACIONES Y VISTA

The location is good, right in downtown near to restaurants. The room is big enough for two people. We got enough towels for the three nights.

Professional staff, and very practical location. A nice, vintage hotel

one of the best hotels I got through Booking.com in all these years. Location -very central, close to a number of restaurants n bars, transport easily available to any part of the city, very comfortable beds, writing desk with a easy access to sockets for mobiles/laptops etc, very good and hot breakfasts with plenty of fresh fruits. Over all +++ for this hotel.

It is a great and comfortable place to stay

The room cleanliness. Good behaviour of the staff The best part though was the location where I could see the town right from the window. Extremely close and walking distance to all the city attractions like Macroplaza and Barrio Antiguo

Location and price for quality

Great location comfotable big room, nice simple breakfast

Everything Was Amazing Friendly Staff Food & Welcome Drinks Made My Stayed Wonderful*.

The greatest asset is that it is not a hotel but a community living according to their religion, although extremely tolerant.
