Very friendly personnel, particularly Domingo and Gracie, but everyone else were very patient and accommodating although our Spanish is almost not existing!

We chose this hotel to visit the maya ruins near Palenque. The hotel is in the jungle : you can see cute little animals in the threes and beautiful birds, the kids were really happy. There are two pools, really cool for chidren and to relax after you have visited the ruins. The room was quiet, beautiful, clean. The breakfast during weekend was a buffet, really tasty and lots of food : perfect.

We have been travelling for three weeks but this was our favourite place. We stayed in a junior suite which was huge, well-appointed and had a balcony with seating. The place feels very tropical and has lots of trees and a lake and a cascading pool area. We ate dinner here and the menu featured a range of traditional Mayan dishes that were delicious. There were a couple of families of howler monkeys in the surrounding trees and listening to them in the morning and at dusk was incredible. Staff were all great and we would have loved to have stayed longer than 4 nights. Very hard to leave this special place right in the jungle. It was only 4km from the ruins, we caught a taxi there, but walked back via a very good footpath.

It is along the busy road but walk 10 minutes and you are in al lovely street full of cozy restaurants. The staff was very friendly and even gave free welcome drinks.

Great value for money, amazing staff, specious rooms and bathrooms. Compared to other hotels in the same location, this one is the best! Highly recommend!

Right across the road from the Ado bus terminal, it was perfect for me as I didn't need to carry my bags around everywhere with me. The rooms are super clean and the bed was very comfy as well. A hot shower with an adjustable shower head in the bathroom so you can actually clean yourself without washing away the soap before you do. The pool was also super refreshing after day tours and is open until 10pm.

Staff was always very helpful and went beyond what was expected

The property feels like you are in the middle of jungle and is a perfect escape from towns and people in nature. The sound of the birds and wildlife is beautiful. The rooms are well equipped with all the essentials, and the decor matches the jungle vibes. I love the outdoor pool with views into the lush jungle that makes you feel wild. The bed was super comfy, and I can not thank the staff enough for their hospitality, very warm, welcoming, and happy to help.

Good location as close to archaeological sites but you need a car. No goodif you are walking. Clean rooms. Great fun to see howler monkeys and armadillo.

Absolutely stunning and new boutique hotel - the best we have stayed at after a month in Mexico. It is very close to the Palenque ruins. Pool area is absolutely lovely as are the wonderful gardens, it's very well-maintained. Had secure parking with a 24/7 guard. Staff are super friendly. Nice little bar / restaurant area serving breakfast and very good snacks through the day. Our A/C room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Wifi worked well. Loved lying in bed listening to the howler monkeys in the jungle. The shower was also fantastic - rainfall shower and hot! We thought it was very good value for money.

A restaurant on site. Fresh linens daily. Hot water. Great wifi. A beautiful, artistic neighbourhood 3 min from ADO station where all tours and transport are available. Museum reproductions were amazing! Art studio on site. Artist/Owner is a wonderful and wise man. Loads of restaurants within 2 blocks. Everything you need.
