Very friendly stuff. Very communicative, flexible and helpful. We stayed for 3 days at the whirlpool room. I asked due to celebration reasons, if I could get the room romantically decorated. It got nicely done and free of charge. Impeccably clean hotel and rooms (great housekeeping team). Well located, close to all the tram lines and the Q-Park parking house (5min walk). The balcony and the room size were big for a hotel room & for dutch standards. We loved it. And the open view. Minibar, air condition, heating system, fan, were a huge plus. Felt really like I am at my house. Also a plus was the quantity and variety of coffee sticks and tea bags.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was small but clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean.

The check in was complicated, but next time it will be easy, it wasn't very clear, but that was probably our lack of experience on check in on the computer. But all in all it was all very good.

500 meters from Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen Hotel 171 is situated in Rotterdam centre and features air-conditioned rooms.
