Everything... but here are some highlights... great staff, they all are friendly, thoughtful and caring. Great atmosphere in hotel everyone working together for the benefit of guests...rare these days. Room was large, air-conditioned, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! Easy walk to central station and other transport links and main attractions. This will be my go to place in Rotterdam. Note: the staff thoughtfully upgraded me to an air-conditioned room due to a rare, but warm, Rotterdam city... many thanks again

An amazing Dutch experience!! The location was convenient for my purposes, close to the metro line and to the center. The room was clean and adequately furnished. Regarding housekeeping, it was consistent and respectful of my schedule. All the people running the hotel were professional and responsive, especially at reception. Nice and quite place next to small lake. 15 min walk to ciry center. Communicatiin with host was perfect- on time and supportive. Reccomend!

The girl at the reception and the owner are super, super kind. They are smiling, talking nice and welcoming. They have let me place my luggage and backpack there until check-in time. The girl at the reception gave me cable to charge my laptop as I had some work in it. I liked the fact that the entry to my room was from another door outside, which somehow gave more privacy and made me feel I'm home. At the entrance, a very good smell in the hall. The room is clean and good and has a nice view on the garden, the bed is comfortable, there is a TV that is working well. The bathroom and toilet are very clean and spacy. There is an air conditioner which is a good thing. The room is silent, I took a calm nap after my check-in, and I slept at night with zero noise, not even from the other rooms. The breakfast was good and has a variety of choices. At the checkout, they accepted to place my luggage till I came back for them because I have my train later. In conclusion, the owner of the hotel cares a lot about her clients, which is very clear.

The facility is STATE OF THE ART. Gold standard of budget accommodation. The pods were way more comfortable and spacious than I imagined - ambient and sound-proof. Common spaces, lounges, bathrooms etc were in top condition. Every little detail was thought through. The guys and gals that work there do an amazing job. Love all the automation.
