Very nice hotel! The location is great, right in the city center. The room was not big but had all the facilities for a comfortable stay. It was very quiet in the room which was very important for me. Did not hear any noises. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast food choice was good as well. Really appreciate the fact the front office employee offered a room on a high floor. Overall very nice impression, will be back next time I’m in Bergen!

The selection of breakfast was wonderful! The atmosphere of the restaurant was great too, comforting. The location was also superb, walking distance to everything. The reception let me choose a smaller but quiet, or larger and may be a bit noisy with street noise room, and the smaller quieter room was really quiet : )

It is located in a quiet area of the city and easily accessible from public transport . It was flexible with checking in before time so that we didn’t have to walk around with our bags.

We had an issue during check-in, but the help desk was very helpful and quickly arranged for us to stay at Magic Hotel Bergen City Center, another nearby hotel from the same group, with an upgrade. We didn’t experience any inconvenience, and we were very happy with our stay there. Based on our experience, I believe that if you encounter any problems with your reservation, they will do their best to help and find a solution.

I have been in total twice in your hotel and I plan to come again soon! I love the design, the location, the first quality breakfast, many thanks to the chef and to the people at the reception who are always kind and ready to help! Thank you for the amazing experience.

Close to all the places we wanted to go

A brand new hotel, with all we needed, comfy beds and very clean. It is 5 minutes away from the old city center and 5 min walking from central station. Based on their partnership, we had an excelent breakfast nearby, at the Taste of Norway restaurant.

It's a wonderful stay, very clean, calm & safe. Small room but of the price it was unreal!!! A perfect stay, comfortable and had everything I needed. The common/lounge area is very large, with many areas to work, relax, read and kitchen with microwaves attached with area to cook & eat. Coffees, hot chocolates and teas available for free at all times. This area was kept spotlessly clean. No lift but the stairs are wide and not steep. I have no access issues so this was not a problem for me. Fast wifi and access to lounge & storage room ( with surveillance) should you have to arrive earlier or need a place to store on day of check out. I stayed during the week.

Second stay at the hotel, we liked the style of the room, close to all shops, we also liked the food at the restaurant, and the historical atmosphere of the building. Plus, this time we had a very special room. Thanks to the team for making us feel so special. We will never forget room 323.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Everything provided was perfect, including but not limited to the warm and welcoming English speaking hotel staff, the fabulous facilities (including a scrumptious buffet breakfast), and a very comfortable bed. Would 100% stay again. We were even let into our room 2.5 hours early! Thank you, Scandic Neptune!

room size was fabulous, plenty of outlets--USB and electrical; Room and hallways were very colorful; Breakfast was excellent with choices for everyone; breakfast hours were great--allowing for early transportation connections; Train to the airport is a block away from the hotel; all attractions were right outside our hotel door; restaurants plentiful; You can get coffee/ tea and beer in reception;

Location ideal, people friendly, but mainly I'd take the shower with me to every hotel I ever visited! Loved the stay.

Fantastic location in walkable distance but not right on top of the noise. The decor is eclectic and a bit arty. The breakfast room is quite beautiful with coloured velvet furniture. And the breakfast buffet was very very good.

Great location. Great breakfast with plenty of options. Very comfortable bed. Good water pressure in shower. Heated floors in bathroom. Easy check in and check out process. Lots of things around closeby to see and do.
