It was ideally located for us to explore the BOI area, enjoy walks to Long Beach and Russell town centre as well as soak up the beautiful views over the bay from our deck. The comfortable sized studio Villa offered all we needed for self catering including a useful BBQ. Thanks again Donna for for all your recommendations and top hospitality.

Spectacular. Easy walk about 3 minutes to wharf, cafes, pub and beach. Fantastic bush walks accessible from apartment and 15 minutes walk to stunning Long Beach. All in a Charming historic village. So peaceful.

The balcony overlooking the gulf is just great. The sea is in 20 meters from the house inviting for a morning swim. For a nice sandy beach (Long Beach) you can drive for 5 minutes or walk. Breakfast is very nice with a tasty bread baked by Karen herself.

The studio is well-equipped for a long stay with the added bonus of the outdoor kitchen if needed. Tracy and William are thoughtful, generous hosts, which made my experience particularly enjoyable!
