The location was very central to great cafe's and the overall CBD. The staff and service was also very efficient and friendly and helpful. The room itself was well presented and clean, and being on the 4th floor there were great views of the wider Manawatu area.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bed large and comfy. Heat pump on when we arrived on a chilly day. Staff friendly and busy sweeping up any rubbish outside.

    There was no body wash. The body wash was empty. I booked this spot thinking it was near Massey University. The location was convenient to Pak n Save and walk down to the Shopping Center.

    The place was in an excellent location for us as we needed somewhere close to Massey University. The beds were comfy, and there was an excellent breakfast served in the morning. The host was so friendly and made us feel at home.

    The room was smallish, which meant the armchair was squeezed into a corner and the kitchenette was really just a cupboard but the facilities otherwise were good. I always appreciate a good bedside light, which this was, and the shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The location meant it was very close to restaurants, bars and shops in central Palmerston North. A bus stop across the road ensured good connections to Massey University.
