Got chocolate facilities downstairs, location next to warehouse, supermarket and places to eat.

Free parking. Breakfast was nice.

The location was convenient because it was close to the airport, and I had an early flight to catch

Service was excellent from all the staff, arrival front desk, concierge, room service, cafe downstairs could not fault. We had just stayed in a NY hotel the night before and they paled in comparison.

Good sized room. Nice beds. Easy parking. Close to airport parking. Lovely handwash lotions. Easy check in.

We used the hotel fpr two separate nights as part of a trip from Europe. Couldn't recommend enough as the family room was very big making repacking easy. The pool outside was great, the airport transfer was efficient and they even have a left luggage facility. There's a supermarket and shops and fast food about a 15 min walk away too.

Location was great. Very close to Manukau 10pin. We brought 8 10pin players for a competition. They all agreed the showers were excellent and rooms clean and comfortable. They shared rooms.

Customer service team very helpful. they had issue with booking.com but they sort out the things themself. Thanks Mr. Patil. for making check in seamless.

It's very convenient to take the yellow hotel shuttle bus from the airport bus station to the hotel. The shuttle bus stops right at the hotel gate. It's self-checkin and the room is quiet and nice. The staffs are reaaaally helpful and considerable. I arrived late after 9pm, the staffs helped to check whether the grocery store nearby still open and offered some spring water for free coz my bank card didn't work. That was the first night when I arrived in NZ which left me a very good impression of the country.

Best service ever. Very helpfull desk. Very gentel and helpfull service. Rooms are comfertable and clean. Good shawer.

Waipuna is a clean well-maintained hotel with helpful staff. Very large comfortable beds. Our room had a good view to the lagoon. Most importantly the property matched the advert, which is so rare (and exceptional) these days!

Perfect location for us as it is near to Sylvia Park shopping area n also near to airport. The apt is very new. Nice n clean as shown in pic. Spacious for my family of 5. Fully equiped kitchenette n great in room washer n separate dryer to do your laundry.

The beds are pretty comfortable

The location it was very warm the room was large, the air conditioning smelled clean the room was clean the carpets were very plush and I slept very well
