Upon check-in us in By a Srilankan Reception guy who was so helpful and very fast in check-in, and after getting into the room when we called reception, he had fast pickup and answering for the call we did and Room Service was also helpful. Awesome breakfast experience, and there was a Filipino girl who helped us at the restaurant very attentively and very helpful.

Excellent Staff. Mr. Amur (Manager) was very helpful to arrange the rooms well on time.

We had a great stay at Mercure Muscat. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was definitely a highlight: good variety, tasty, and very well organized. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, especially with our children. Tables were cleared quickly, and service was consistently good. Special thanks to Thusitha the and entire team that made our stay very pleasant. Highly recommended!

I spent 10 amazing days at this hotel. The first thing I want to highlight is the cleanliness – everything was spotless every day, and the staff were attentive and friendly. I especially want to mention Rajan, who cleaned my room - truly the best, always ensuring everything was perfect. The hospitality here is simply outstanding. Everything was wonderful. Thank you! Another great thing – the area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants, cafés, and markets. I highly recommend visiting: 1) LAHAB Restaurant (local) absolutely worth it! 2) Taj restaurant -(Indian) absolutely worth it!

Everything. It has a swimming pool, a spa, and all of the stores, restaurants, and malls are really close by.

Very clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff

Checking in at 1am was very smooth and there was someone at the desk to help us right away. Room was clean and spacious. Receptionist was very kind and responsive to our needs anytime we called down ie for an extra towel or water. The area is quiet, so no disruptions at night/early morning.

I was robbed of my passport and drugged at this establishment when the receptionist who is very rude; gave my key without my knowledge and consent to someone to enter my room whilst I was busy checking into the hotel. Later on when I went down to the reception after escorting this strange man out of my room who I found scratching in all my bags - my passport was missing. The receptionist Indian man or Pakistani origin gaslit me and told me I allowed the man to go to my room which was false. I was trying to check in when the reception asked my passport and this man offered to go and look in my room and the receptionist handed him my room key whilst I tried to check in. Completely against my wishes. I woke up the next day drugged and robbed of my passport and belongings.

The room was clean. Early check-in was possible during my stay as the room was ready. The staff were nice especially Mr. Saed at the reception counter who was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Love the coffee too. Restaurants, juice/coffee shops, grocery shops, laundry, mosque etc all are within the walking distance. You can walk to Oman Avenue Mall for about 15-20minutes but to go to Mutrah Souq, Corniche, Al-Alam Palace, and other touristic places a taxi ride is a must. So please prepare some cash with you.
