The wonderful, helpful and friendly staffs. They were welcoming, assisted in any way asked.

I book Sea residence. But when I go there they gave a room at S residence. and charge 2560 pesos. they charge from me booking.com fee also 280 pesos. they cheated me. no wifi. very bad experience.

The staff, i should say, are the most exceptional during our stay. All of them are so accommodating. Everyone was so welcoming and greeted us everytime they see us. The security always made sure we dont miss anything or leave behind things whenever we get off our grab ride. They are very timely in attending to our needs and always have a smile on their face. They definitely made our stay memorable! The hotel itself feels like home. Its clean and comfortable. Room size is great and they have everything we need.

Location and staff was wonderful

I like its location convenience where it is just closer to SM MOA and NAIA.

Very elegant place. Beautiful building. Fabulous and hiuge garden. We didn. Mt the noise from outside. Very good breakfast. We loved it a d come back

My breakfast was ok but being Australian the Filipino breakfast did not suit me and would be better if you could give an european breakfast. You should put this in your breakfast choices.
