The location is accesible to establishments and the staff were accommodating to our rwquests.

Hotel staff are kind and approachable. Food was delicious ! Quality service is excellent! I would definitely stay at this hotel next time and recommend to my Italian friends and family. Special thanks to Sir Dennis !

Wide and clean. But we found a very big IPIS in the main room and small ipis under the beds and also they keep coming out from behind the closet.. sorry to say it. But maybe you can do better.. and by the way we loved the place. We’ll be coming back in January next year.

Great fitness facilities. Sauna and steam rooms were amazing to have.

The property is clean and comfortable especially the bed, pillows, and duvet. The staff are very nice. Wouldn’t take you long to wait if you ask for something. Close to Fishermall, not bad to go to SM NE and Cubao.

The location was great as there are many good places to eat at within a couple of hundred meters from the hotel The size of the room was great and very comfortable also.

I am happy with everything in Park Inn - the facilities, the easy access to the shopping malls and the great service from the receptionists to the guards and from all the staff. Special mention to Adrian who went out of his normal duties to help.

Cleanliness and fast response on every encountered issue

Stayed 2 weeks at the Hop Inn at EDSA in November/December 2025. A lovely place. Found the Reception staff helpful and professional, and Security does an excellent job too! Well done! Immediately across the road is the Landmark shopping centre, but an even bigger and more attractive one is but 5 minutes' walk from the hotel, and it's called SM North EDSA. You will love it. I recommend this hotel.

The place and amenities are very exquisite,clean and sanitized.

Forget hotels. This is the best deal for those looking for a place to stay (either you're sightseeing, spending quality time with family or SO or trying to be productive). Location is perfect. It's a few steps to the MRT, accessible by bus, taxi, or private vehicles. You also have a lot of food options - you can even cook basic meals because the place has a kitchenette. AC works well, the WIFI is strong, CR is spotlessly clean; there's a hot shower; window has a good view; bed is comfy, and TV has streaming channels. You also get access to the condo gym and pool. The place may be NEW but it is COMPLETE with all the things you need for a short or extended stay.
