The staff here truly makes the difference—they are incredibly competent, polite, and helpful, delivering a very high level of service. The hotel itself feels brand new, is modern, super clean, with high-quality linens, amazing shower and a very comfortable bed. The Dyson hair dryer was a fantastic touch that really exceeded my expectations! The location is also very good. It’s not right in the middle of the chaos, but you can walk to the main restaurants in just 5-10 minutes. The complimentary airport shuttle is another plus. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel for a whole week. A small hotel with a family atmosphere, located in the center of El Nido, the hotel owners are charming, always looking to help, from arrival, through help with registration for all attractions, to departure. The hotel is very clean, I highly recommend eating at the hotel's restaurant, delicious and authentic food. I enjoyed it very much!

Really good location. We stayed in a suite room overlooking the water, which was lovely. In the morning it was wonderful to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The breakfast included in the price was delicious. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was very clean. Overall, a perfect choice for a decent price

Good location right on El Nido beach and town with lots of cafés and restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I booked two of the famous island hopping tours through the hotel all of which went smoothly and was very well organized. Recommend!
