Hotels near Nova Gallery, Kraków

Extremely helpful guy at the reception. He met everything we asked for. To be praised.

Very friendly environment! Very clean and really good location!

Location, food, service. Everything was absolutely perfect. They even offered packaged breakfast for us since we had an early flight before the regular breakfast time

Location was great, breakfest was wonderful, room was clean and modern

Everything. Excellent location, perfect hotel, perfect service, perfect personal/stuff… Highly RECOMMEND this hotel for all purposes (work, family and etc…) Delicious restaurant!!! Phenomenal breakfast!!!

Exceptional location on the market square

Well located, right in the centre. Staff very polite and responsive. Good italian food place inside the hotel.

Great staff. Spotlessly clean room. Lovely personal touches in the room. Love the sensitive renovation, incorporating original features of the building. Location is literally second to none in Krakow !

Central location, very clean hotel, kind and friendly staff.

The gated entrance looked austere but once we'd been noted by the camera we gained entrance to the driveway and walked up to the lovely old building. After a prompt and pleasant check in we went, via lift, to our first floor room overlooking very pleasant nearby gardens. The hotel's in a lovely quiet setting and it's quite surreal when almost directly outside the gate you enter into the fascinating and vibrant Old Town of Krakow. The breakfast was very good and the staff helpful. Everything was scrupulously clean, and the wi fi was good.

The pleasant staff and excellent breakfast and great location, 5 min walk to the old town market square.

Nice hotel with great restaurant that served great breakfast.

Everything was like in pictures. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and they had a place to keep our luggage after the checkout. The breakfast was very nice. Everything was provided even towel heater and tea for the morning. The location was great too only some minutes from the old town.

Clean. God beds. Central area. Friendly staff.

A relaxing stay at an exceptional hotel. Everything was taken care of, the staff is really polite and helpful, Breakfast covers everyone's preferences. Safe parking space and excellent location in the city.

Clean, great location, good breakfast.

Excellent luxury hotel. One min walk to the main square in the old town Beautifully decorated room with super comfy bed and lovely toiletries. They have thought of everything and more in all the room accessories Breakfast buffet had a great selection with an additional menu. I can highly recommend the scrambled eggs and omelettes Highly recommended

Everything! Location staff everything was excellent

The staff went above and beyond for my daughter who became sick while on holiday. I can not thank them enough and highly recommend this hotel ❤️

Amazing location, friendly staff, stunning spa, beautiful rooms, a really nice hotel overall.

Djanna am Reception was very friedly and helpful.Thank you

Everything was good. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The location was great - it was not far from the center. The hotel has its own parking lot in the courtyard. And that was attractive! )) But the entrance was a bit narrow though. It seems to me that it would be difficult to squeeze in a car like Touareg and higher (in that case, I suppose, you could leave your car in the small city parking lot opposite the hotel). But we were very pleased with our stay.

Absolutely adored my stay here!! Rooms were fantastic, clean, comfortable and beautiful. Staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful. Our included breakfast was also such a highlight - amazing selection of food. Fantastic spot in the old town too, couldn’t recommend more!!

Very welcoming and helpful staff, lovely room and excellent location
