I've being at that hotel plenty of times though the last years and I'm still very positive about it. They keep the level.

A beautiful hotel with stunning design and genuinely warm, welcoming staff. We brought our dog along, and he loved it too, the staff went above and beyond to make him feel welcome.

Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and nice coffee. Great location, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, 2 mins to Jewish Quarter and 20min walk to Old Town centre.

Amazing location in Kazimierz square, right by Okrąglak where you can buy famous Polish zapiekanka. The staff was very nice and helpful, room was up to standards, and in overall everything was as it should be.

Lovely staff, beautiful room, location is amazing as it is in the city centre, everything is new and clean, but still so comfortable and warm. We absolutely loved our say here and would recommend as a place to stay while in Krakow.

An absolute find in Krakow!!! We were blown away and would love to return one day. Beautiful clean room (which the hotel kindly upgraded us to), a gorgeous spactious bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The start of the show for us was the gym and spa facilities which we used everyday. Probably the best gym and spa facilities we have ever used. Only wish we had a hotel like this in our home town

The hotel is located in a quiet street in the meedle of the jewish quarter, and 10 min blcoks of the caste, 20 from the center and 5 from the nigth center by the river. the room was large, and very confortable. They included coffee, tea, and sparkling water for free every day. the personal was very very kind

This great hotel is located in the heart of Kazimierz, a minute away from Szeroka Street and the Plac Nowy. There is a tramway stop right in front of the hotel on Starowiślna Street, which goes straight to the Rynek Główny, the main Train Station, and all other points in the center and beyond. The staff was very friendly and accommodating (I arrived late at 1:00 am). The breakfast was delicious. On the day of my departure, I had to leave on an early morning flight, and the staff prepared breakfast for me at 4:00 am. Super convenient location with most destinations in the center with a 5 to 25-minute walk.

Warm welcome from the receptionist which is great "thanks Eugene". A plus factor for the water dispenser in the hall way which is excellent idea. The room was perfect and comfortable bed. Everything was perfect stay. A highly reccomended hotel.

Cosy hotel in comfortable location

Excellent four star hotel. All was great, just the beds a little too firm. Staff was helpful, everything was sorted out smoothly.
