I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved everything, 10/10! The kids were thrilled with every moment, and the adults were equally satisfied. The restaurants are excellent, the spa is fantastic, and the bars are cozy. The staff deserves special thanks — they were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, quickly resolving any issues and offering great advice. We will definitely come back!

We had the perfect stay. It was our anniversary weekend and the team @ W residences made it feel extra special. Hannah at check-in went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and Diego was also ready to help everytime. Food was lovely especially at the Italian restaurant @ the rooftop. Facilities, cleanliness, room service team etc Highly recommend, can’t wait to go back.

Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. We didn’t just feel like guests – we felt truly valued. The rooms have been completely renovated, featuring a modern design and extremely comfortable beds that made our rest truly enjoyable. Every detail was carefully considered. Breakfast was also a highlight – not only generous, but also freshly prepared to order. It was the perfect way to start each morning: delicious, relaxed, and tailored to our preferences. Our stay left us with warm memories. If you’re looking for top-level service, comfort, and a real holiday atmosphere – this hotel is absolutely worth your attention. We hope to return again soon.

The staff are wonderful, very welcoming, friendly and professional. The accommodation is excellent, the pools are incredible. Breakfast was amazing. The local beaches are incredible and easily accessible. We will definitely be back!!!!

The vibe was so good! Everything felt luxurious and welcoming but without being too stuck-up. Everyone was very nice, the staff was very helpful! It had a good size - big enough to not feel alone but not too crowded and bulk-like.

Lovely apartment, very clean, spacious, almost everything you need in the kitchen, great views, great indoor parking, easily accessible. The large double bed was very firm, a little too firm for me, but perfect for my mother, so it's really a matter of preference. Would definitely like to go back one day. We were very lucky with the weather which made our stay extra special over the Christmas period. Staff were all very friendly.

Incredible pool, beautiful and spacious home

There is only positive feedback from room , staff , hotel ambience it is the full package for us the location was perfect we were looking for a weekend break to relax and Baia Grande was perfect .

Had the loveliest break at this hotel. It’s very spacious, comfortable and absolutely beautiful. The staff were all so nice and the food at the restaurant is to die for. I did not get a chance to get a massage at the spa but I plan on coming back very soon. The facilities are also great.
