The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Spotless room, comfortable king-size bed with excellent sleep quality. Everything felt fresh and tidy. If you prefer quiet luxury, this is the place. The swimming pool was top-notch and the view from the top floor was amazing.

The facilities of the room are exceptional. My family enjoyed the comfortable room, and very good breakfast. The hotel is located in the heart of the city.

Is is located in downtown near everything you need, steps away from the beautiful Christmas market, very friendly staff, the food at the restaurant is amazing. It is worth the travel from Toronto Canada

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, especially the receptionist — friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with recommendations or any request. The rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the decor gives a modern yet cozy feel, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. The beds are comfortable, the linens fresh, and the bathrooms well-equipped with everything you might need. One of the highlights of the hotel is its location.

Has many parking spots if u have a car with you and their rooms are luxury looking and big enough for a room size. My stay was pleasant and of course if I will come back in Cluj I will choose them again without any doubt! PS: the reception guys are well informed, helpful in any instance and all of them speak good English! Congrats

The room was quiet, warm and cosy, the bathroom - spotless, towels and sheets of soft white cotton. I booked a twin/double and they set it up as a double as per my request, printed my bill, super fast polite service. The view over Cluj was lovely.

The staff is very polite , the food is amazing and the location is very good with a nice view of the City. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Such a nice hotel, I felt so pampered. Big rooms, quiet, very hitech! Bed, pilows, couches were extremely comfortable! I just loved it.
