Really great pool for our kids who are 5 and 1, very safe and interesting for them.

There is very clean, nice location and good people. It is expensive for hotel like this, but good price for Phuket

Excellent location: 5 minutes from the beach. Amazingly supportive and friendly personnel. The room was very quiet. The shops and fruit market are next door. A very nice restaurant on the ground floor. Aircon works well. There is a decent size fridge in the room. This is my second stay and I am really happy about my experience. I definitely recommend Karon Cafe Inn.

Location is good and value for Money

It was all great from staff to facilties. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so many choices for everyone

new hotel, clean, spacious room. We had a view of the mountain, it was very quiet, you couldn’t hear any noise from the street. Supermarket 7/11 1 minute walk, market 3 minutes, beach 5 minutes.

Nice quiet location with a short stroll to Karon beach. Good swimming pools. The staff were polite and friendly. Great breakfast.

An excellent location, a very clean and well maintained room and friendly staff. After check out I left my bags and went to the beach. On return for bags, I was offered a room to shower and change.

It was one of the great hotel with great location and newly renovated room with great view, highly recommended, did not try food so dont know abt food but room was just superb.

The property was ideally located, only a few minutes from the beach. Everything we needed was close by, the staff were also exceptional and helped us to carry everything up to our room which was high up. As two bag-packets this was a huge help!

I loved the hotel , beautiful nice hotel 5 minutes away from the beach. All the restaurants are around the hotel. The reception girl Hazel is so nice and kind. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. Definitely I will return back to this hotel.

Amazing property in the centre of Karon. Huge clean room with everything we needed. Friendly welcome by the hardworking lady who runs the place who is constantly available to help at front desk. Thorough cleaning of the room every day if you need. Having tv and fridge was great too. Location was ideal for everything in Karon area. Restaurants and bars were everywhere, beach was less than 5 mins and the night market was 5 mins. From our room we heard very little music from bars so had no issues at all.

Great location and very clean hotel. The view from the pool was the best. Breakfast was nice and great selection. The staff was also very friendly.

The biggest strength is definitely the location 📍 It’s close to everything — Karon Beach, restaurants, shops, convenience stores, massage places — all within walking distance. Very strategic and practical. The room was clean, well-maintained, and functional 🛏️✅ Good air conditioning, comfortable bed, quiet environment. Perfect to rest after a full day outside. Breakfast is included in the price, which is a real plus 🥐☕ However, my wife and I preferred having breakfast outside to explore local cafés and enjoy different options each morning. Still, having it included adds strong value to the stay. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient 😊 Smooth check-in and check-out, clear communication, no issues at all. Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walking from the beach. Surrounding area is safe and has lots of restaurants, supermarkets, drug stores and bars. Room is quite, silent, clean and with very comfortable beds. Bathroom the same, much cleaner than in other hotels in the area. The bus from/to the airport is 5 minutes walking which is very convenient. Breakfast is very good and served by the pool with fruits, eggs, toasts, coffee, juices, etc. Bonus for the staff: cleaning team always smiling and the lady at the reception is simple the best: speaks English, has tips on what to do in the area, always willing for a chat with a great smile. I ordered a few packs on line before my arrival and she had everything ready when I checked-in! 5 stars service!

A perfect hotel with very comfortable beds and a great pool. Close to 711 and the beach and a variety of restaurants. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me a lot. Although the hotel's gym and certain amenities are not yet completed, it doesn't detract from my high opinion of it. I had a very happy time and I will choose this place again next time I come to Phuket.
