Brilliant location in old town. Walking distance to the night market, bars, restaurants, a barbers next door and bike rental shops. Breakfast was amazing and staff were lovely. The room was large and clean. 2 bottles of drinking water were provided daily as well as towels and toiletries. Would stay again.

I really like the room. The location is excellent, very close to the city, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The staff were very welcoming, and Owner Dang gave me great recommendations for tours at a special price. I will definitely come back again.

Everything was perfect! The staff was always kind and ready to help. The breakfast was good and healthy in really relaxing space. The room was spacious and nicely set up. The street around the hotel were quiet and all the most important sight are at a walkable distance.

• Hidden Place in Chiangmai City, good design of the hotel feeling like in Europe. • Staff super friendly. But sometimes over-handed with so many tasks in hand. • The room is clean and fully furnished with amenities we need as expected. • Thier have villa type for 6 pax as good for family and group • Luxury room on the 4th floor is a great Specious of space with living room and bathtub. • Breakfast has a selection during your check-in and a small corner buffet is good for your early day start. • good place for taking a shoot a photo in public area and coffee shop. • Happy to stay and good value for money on my vacation.

Didn't try the breakfast but looked good for only 100baht. The mattress, pillows, linens, towels were all hotel-quality and extremely comfortable. It still wasn't easy to live in a noisy dorm (people coming and going constantly with the door beeping quite loudly) but the bed and blanket was very comfortable. There was a locker for every bed (you need to bring your own padlock). Provided eye mask for sleeping, which I used! There's a nice breakfast area/terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view of the temple. In a relatively quiet part of the old town, which I liked. Water bottles cost 10 baht. Showers and toilets were quite clean, I never had a problem with availabilty.

Very well-kept property! Excellent for young travellers. The location is great! The staff are friendly and make sure everything is provided for their guests!

Firstly, the staff were so kind and hospitable--such great energy! Second, the room was so cute and clean. It was a very comfortable stay and my bed so soft! The breakfast was also a great feed. It was a great location--easy walk to sights or a quick Grab ride away. Really I wish I stayed longer! It made my Chiang Mai just perfect.

Small and nice hotel at the edge of Chiangmai old town. Location is good, but in the opposite side where all the activities happening. But it's good it is very silent place, As you can expect from small hotels - breakfast was good, simple with a small choice but freshly prepared. Friendly helpful staff. Small, but very refreshing pool. Rooms are very well equipped and very clean.

Nice facilities, friendly staff always ready to help, clean, quite wich is lovely. Good value and location is a bit out of the center and busy areas but if you don't mind to walk or rent a moped..

Best breakfast of any hotel I've stayed at.

Very quiet with nice seating to enjoy the birds (and cats!), they have a nice breakfast, drinks and coffee are always provided, balconies in the rooms, and staff who are joyful and friendly. The hotel makes you feel very welcomed and a part of their little family. The hotel is close to many restaurants and to many places to shop.

Breakfast was great and staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. The room was large and clean. Would stay here again!
