Cozy and friendly, good location, unusual room design.

I really like the room. The location is excellent, very close to the city, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The staff were very welcoming, and Owner Dang gave me great recommendations for tours at a special price. I will definitely come back again.

We had a great time at the Cheeva Dee Hotel! We stayed 5 nights and there‘s absolutely nothing we could complain about. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful at all times and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Also breakfast was outstanding. We could order from a breakfast menu. So everyone’s food was prepared especially for them. Even on day‘s we had to leave early we could preorder breakfast or they would prepare something to take with us. We‘re absolutely grateful for the time we were able to spend at Cheeva Dee Hotel and would 100 % recommend it to everyone asking.

Place is very welcoming and clean.

The hotel is really cute, rooms were comfy and cleaned daily. The swimming pool area is great for relaxation, the pool is smaller than on pictures. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location in a quiet part of old town, if that's what you are looking for.

The room itself was lovely, very nicely designed and the bed very comfortable.

Really loved staying here! The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious and the whole place is really well finished with a great aesthetic. Location is good, a bit of a walk to more central area but still things close by. The breakfast was delicious and the bar next door had some great live music but didn’t effect noise levels in our room! Staff also really great!

The owner was incredibly kind and friendly. When I told him what time I’d be back, he would turn on the air conditioning in advance so the room was already cool and comfortable when I arrived — such a thoughtful touch. The staff were all lovely and the service was very attentive. They offered lots of helpful suggestions about places to visit nearby. The location is excellent too — the Sunday night market is just a short walk away, right through the temple next door. Would happily stay here again if I’m back in the area.

Nice breakfast, good location and very helpful stuff. Fruits, Café, Water and snacks available all day. "Boy" always had us covered with good sightseeing advice and any additional requests we had.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable beds, nice room with hot shower and nice towels. Pool was clean. Excellent location for the old town and cafes in walking distance.

I had the suite with whirlpool and balcony and stayed 4 nights. It was a very comfortable stay, starting from transfer from airport to the nice welcome of the reception. I love the Lanna old style architecture of Chankam Boutique Hotel. Breakfast was great. I stayed over New year. The reception staff and all the other staff working at the Hotel was always so nice, helpful and polite. The location is very good too, near major temples. For a bit further, like Zira Spa, which I also may recommend, reception is glad to arrange a tuktuk. Thanks to that I visited many of the temples in a few days, plus art cafes, and the best club in town, North Gate Jazz Co-Op. Amazing and happy new year! Since I sometimes like to eat out late and didn't get a place at the restaurant I had planned, reception provided me with a great street market, around 10-15min walk from the hotel. So, everything was perfect, rooms super clean, guests may smoke on the balcony. Overall I can recommend to book and would stay there again.

Everything about the Chiang Mai Old Town Hotel is just great. Breakfast was abundant with variety of options to choose from western to authentic Thai food. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. This is a perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai as It is close to all the major historic sights and the attraction. Spacious and comfortable rooms, lovely staff, great restaurant and good location.

This boutique hotel was a lovely surprise on arrival. The staff were amazing very helpful and always pleasant. The buffet breakfast was small but adequate with a variety to select from. The hotel is locatied within the old city walls. It was a very short stroll to cafes and restrauants.

Clients are friendly! Cats are cute!
