Location, staff professionalism, room view and value for money

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone was supportive and always willing to assist with anything I needed, which made me feel very welcome. The room was also very comfortable, clean, and pleasant. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

1.The lady at reception was very nice. We were offered breakfast upon our arrival date, upgraded to a better room, and received our room at 8 am free of charge. 2. the staff are helpful, and the view is wonderful. I thank the staff for their excellent service, especially the receptionist, Guven, who is a helpful, professional, and intelligent person, speaks several languages, and gives reliable advice the same receptionist cahit. 3.The location is great,

Very nice and cosy hotel with friendly owner and staff

I came to Istanbul for business and stayed at the Grand Suleymaniye. The people were really kind. My earliest check-in time was 13:00. I arrived at the hotel at 9:00. Mr. Feyzi settled me in my room without a second thought. The street it is located on makes this hotel quite exclusive. It is opposite the Kayseri Ahmet Pasha Mansion and there are security guards next to it.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. What I liked most was its excellent location, just a short walk to all the main attractions and very close to the tram station, which made getting around the city super easy. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with something for everyone. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Gülseren, who went out of her way to assist with everything I needed. Highly recommended!

The location is very good. The hotel and staff is very friendly. I like breakfast and rooms are always clean. Meaby this hotel is not luxury but is better than all other hotels in that area. Latif is very kind, he always help us with information. We definitely recommend this hotel 🥰

We were very pleased with our stay. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and nicely presented. The fact that the hotel does not offer breakfast was not a problem for us, as there are plenty of nice cafés nearby where you can have breakfast. The hotel’s location is also a great advantage, as it is very close to the metro and Sultanahmet. The hotel staff were also very helpful and gave us excellent recommendations and directions for places to visit. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

What I loved about this hotel was the staff, who were incredibly polite, they warmly welcoming you and assisting with any need you had. We absolutely loved the restaurant on the fifth floor, which is truly worth a visit. The lady at the buffet was also very kind and made an excellent coffee. The housekeeping staff were also true professionals at their job. Finally it worth noticing that the location of the hotel is very safe, beautiful and very close to the most of the sightseeings and the metro station. Everything in this hotel is perfect!

Location is perfect, near Bayazit station. Staff was very kind.

Our stay was great. There were little hiccups that were addressed right away. The hotel is a little bit older but has everything that you need. All employees were great, big shout to Aziz, the main waiter at the breakfast, as well as all the young waiters. Breakfast was really good, and had everything that you needed to start your day exploring Istanbul. Bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned every day. Thanks to Fikret for giving us a late check out. It was appreciated.
