We had a great 10-night experience staying here. A few things that stood out: Staff were super helpful – they helped us sort out our airport transfer and were always around if we needed anything. Breakfast was a highlight – nice buffet with amazing views. There was a good mix of food, and it changed a bit every day which was a nice touch. Room was always clean – housekeeping came daily, and it was always fresh and tidy when we got back from being out all day. Sauna was our go-to – the pool wasn’t available a couple of times when we asked, but the sauna was always open and became part of our daily routine. Great way to unwind after a hot day. The view(!!!) – we had a room facing the Bosphorus and it was just awesome to watch the ships going by every day. Location was super convenient: Close to the funicular to Kabataş and the T1 tram. Metro was walkable too. Lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. İstiklal Street and Taksim Square were right around the corner. Overall, it was just a really comfortable and easy place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel - very instagram worthy. Perfect location near to shopping and food. Nice spa. Great breakfast spread. Top notch service staff, especially the breakfast crew Oguzcan.

The location, the pool, the view. But most of all the staff. They were always friendly and willing to help with whatever you needed. Special mention to Halil, Yesim and Korban.

The hotel has everything you need to make your stay memorable, comfortable bed, clean and big bathroom, and location is great, near a lot of restaurants and stores, but what makes the hotel stand out is their great staff, they go above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcome. They had a lovely gesture for my birthday with a cake and gift. I recommend hands down this hotel for anyone that is traveling to Istanbul!

Would stay at this hotel again. Close to Taksim Square (no uphill, downhill walk, which is a big plus!). Very kind and accommodating staff, which made our stay even better.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Ibrahim created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the very beginning and was always available whenever we needed anything. He even helped us carry a large suitcase to our room and was extremely welcoming and polite. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were clean, and the hotel had excellent Wi-Fi. The bathroom amenities were fully stocked as well. The hotel’s location is ideal - only 5 minutes from Istiklal Street and very close to Taksim Square. There are plenty of markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel; the service here is excellent. Next time, I won’t need to look for another hotel. I’ll just stay here again!
