The hotel is better than what you may expect after reading many past customer's comments. I would say the past comments were a bit harsh for this hotel. Excellent location, very close to Altinkum Beach. Helpful staff, nice front garden, acceptable variety of food in the open buffet.

The council need to remove the dolphin figures from the area...

The council need to remove the dolphin figures from the area. They look rather old and not in keeping with what the town would see as tasteful! This object needs to be removed and replaced with an alternative attraction. Very noisy at night but if that’s what you enjoy.

Friendly family run hotel, smiling, happy staff. Waited up till 2.30am for us after we were delayed. The room and bathroom were lovely. Breakfast very good. Location, few mins from sea front and Dolphin Square. Thank you for a very pleasant stay Surer.

Lovely family run pansiyon. Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the promenade and dolphin Square. Lovely clean veranda to sit out on in the evening. Great kitchen facilities. Ensuite Modern walk-in shower. Helpful friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable . We will return again to this pansyon.
