The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable—with beautiful decor and all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was rich and delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options. The hotel’s location is also ideal—close to historical sites yet peaceful and relaxing. The pool and spa area were an added bonus for unwinding after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I will definitely be coming back

everything was great. location, staff, the view! I stayed on the last floor and the terrace is amazing. breakfast is also very good. parking in front of the hotel. all in all, a great place and for sure we will come back to it.

Boutique is on very interesting district with typical Turkish life. The room was nice for a couple. The staff was really helpfull and gave us a lot of informations for every our question. They also helped us to make us an itinirery when we were going to Asia side of Istanbul. They also went to the nearest place to buy me a yoghurt when i had stomache problems on first day 😀.

Thank you, this place was a clean and sunny spot. It was always warm, and there were many restaurants and shops around the house, making it easy to live. It is also a convenient location to tour Istanbul because of its good transportation.

The locarion was great you could take the metro from fener to eminonu easily. The views were amazing from the reataurant and the room . The staff was very helpful at reception , Han and the other guy and the restaurant area especially Sanye ( I think was the name of the lady). Highly recommend . We travelled with kids and the room was spacious.

I travelled with my sister and my partner, and although we had an unpleasant experience with the taxi driver who left us at our accommodation, the hotel staff quickly realised what was happening and went outside to help us! It's been a month since our trip, but I still miss their great breakfasts, the tea before bed and the chats about their lovely pets. Every detail added up to make our stay in Istanbul truly special! Also, their food recommendations around the neighbourhood were some of the best we had in the city!

The receptionist very good hearted and very kind. The room was warm and cozy Restaurants, shops and ATM nearby 20min from the airport 5min to Grand Bazaar

The service of one particular staff Deniz was excellent. He is invaluable, giving extra effort in finding information about the surroundings, doctors, hospital, etc, for me. The location of the hotel is superb. In general, I find the transport sstem booked or affiliated with the hotel is of high quality. I can trust the drivers at any time of day / night.

24-hour reception service, the apartment is brand new, everything is great, nothing is broken. The location is in the center of Fatih, a 4-minute walk from bus and metro stops. There are multiple restaurants, pharmacies, barbershops, everything you need in the area. I will definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was also large and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – they greeted us warmly and made sure we had fresh water and fruit every day. Breakfast was included in the price and added great value to our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Baykal Hotel, in fact, we even extended our visit for an extra night. The location is perfect, right in the center, and especially convenient if you want to travel to the Princes’ Islands, since the ferries are just across the street. It’s also great for crossing over to the Asian side of Istanbul. The views are beautiful, and the staff – particularly Tarek and his colleague – were absolutely charming, kind, and always willing to help. If I may give one suggestion, it would be to improve the quality of the breakfast. At the moment, it’s not very well adapted to all tastes. Adding some fruit, yogurt, or even something as simple as fresh milk instead of powdered would make a big difference. It’s also worth mentioning that around 5 a.m. you can hear the call to prayer quite clearly, as the mosque is right next to the hotel. But this didn’t stop us from fully enjoying our stay – and we would definitely come back. Overall, everything was excellent except for the breakfast, which I believe could be improved.

Staff was superb; warm and welcoming; went out of their way to assist. Charming, updated facility. Very comfortable.
