I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Des Arts Galata in Istanbul, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The hotel is perfectly situated near the iconic Galata Tower, making it an ideal base for exploring this vibrant part of the city. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond truly transformed our experience. Whether it was providing local tips, making reservations, or ensuring our stay was comfortable, they were always there with a smile and ready to assist. One highlight of our stay was their suggestion to visit the hotel's terrace on our last day. Although we were pressed for time, we decided to take a quick look—and we're so glad we did! The terrace offers a stunning view of the city, providing a breathtaking panorama that we would have regretted missing. It's a hidden gem that adds immense value to the hotel. The rooms at Hotel Des Arts Galata were another standout feature. They were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The attention to detail in the room's decor added to the overall charm of the hotel. Traveling as a couple, we found Hotel Des Arts Galata to be a romantic and relaxing place to stay. The combination of the superb location, excellent staff, and comfortable accommodations made our trip to Istanbul truly memorable. The location is amazing and so is the hotel it self. But what really made our stay is the incredible reception staff. No request was too much and they were really helpful.

Amazing location with lovely view to Galata tower. Careful personnel with daily refill of coffee / tea / water stock. Good breakfast with wide selection of food included fresh orange juice and perfectly prepared Turkish coffee

My stay at Galata Greenland hotel was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was varied and complete, and the service was excellent. Atesh, who is in charge, was very helpful and made everything easier. I would definitely stay here again! I highly recomend visiting the rooftop which has great views.

The manager of the place was very nice to me, her name is Floy, and Yassin was very nice, friendly, helpful and very respectful. It's not my first time, but it certainly won't be my last ❤️

The hotel's location is excellent, allowing easy access to everywhere. Additionally, since breakfast is served in the morning, you can enjoy it every day with a beautiful view of Istanbul.

The place was good ,, nice staffs always smiling and helpful,, international breakfast which was great ,,,the room was big and also back side of galata tower big thanks to Mrs sevi and Mr Haroon and all staff was smiling

I had a fantastic experience staying at this accommodation. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and I especially appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect – close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Had an amazing time at Castellion Hotels Galata! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short, 3-minute walk to the Galata Tower and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern while preserving its historic charm. A huge thank you to the staff, who were incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful with city tips. Amazing boutique hotel in a really good location in Istanbul. Really friendly staff and nice service. The breakfast was thought through and tasty, the amenities sufficient. And the location in Istanbul old town is amazing.

The stay was great! The location is fantastic, close to the Galata tower and near Istiklal street, lots of food options nearby. There’s a cafe downstairs which has the best San Sebastián cheesecake (better than the more “famous” ones nearby. Being an old building, rooms with a street view are a little noisier at night, but nothing too crazy and no disturbed sleep. But really what made this place exceptional was the staff. Murat was always very helpful and Ismail went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Ismail’s recommendations were excellent, his advice and help on how to get around was invaluable. There was no request that was too much and the kindness and generosity was unparalleled.

Excellent location near the Galata Tower.  Clean rooms with everything you need.  Very polite and helpful staff who arranged a transport to the airport for us.  I definitely recommend.
