Very friendly staff, both the guys at the front desk and the women who maintain the rooms and breakfast area. Excellent hygiene, great location in the historical part of the city near the Grand Bazaar if you chose this area to stay. Very good breakfast. The view from the rooftop restaurant is great. I recommend Hotel Mest!

Near the sea, clean rooms, amazing food

Location, you have access of everything. especially when you are a photographer and you have to photograph in early morning or late midnight. I had a fantastic stay. I got a free upgrade and room was spotless and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming especially Hilal, restaurant manager and Nadeem, Guest relations officer. Very responsive and helpful if you need anything. And definitely will like to stay again.

The property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful boutique hotel that was well priced for the area, lovely spacious room (we stayed in Superior Double) and the service was outstanding. The staff here really is what makes the hotel wonderful. We utilised their concierge service to arrange our airport transfers, our semi private boat tour and Turkish bath experience, both tours worth booking in advance. The restaurant OCAK is delicious (we opted for 5 course with wine pairing), we dined here our first night and again service was excellent. During the day, we grabbed a coffee or wine at their small cafe which was also a great to have in the hotel. The location is close to all the main attractions and restaurants, perfect for walking everywhere.

The hotel is fantastic, the inside decor makes it feel very luxurious, it's in an excellent location with the tram stop literally outside the entrance so you can quickly travel to many hotspots. The breakfast served is also quite nice, a good variety and tastes pretty good too. Its the same thing pretty much every day but you can definitely make enough combinations to keep it from getting boring. The staff are very friendly too. .

Rooms are so clean and so many spaces, centre of everything, close to shops , transport and restaurants and so many attractions . Breakfast was really nice .

Amazing service. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond, one morning a girl that was just coming to start her shift made me coffee as she saw me Waiting at the coffee shop and treated me even. They are THE best!!!

It is a new hotel right in the centre of ancient Constantinople, all core tourist sites of Constantinople are within walking distance. It is surrounded by cheap but nice restaurants. Rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is delicious!
