Very friendly staff, both the guys at the front desk and the women who maintain the rooms and breakfast area. Excellent hygiene, great location in the historical part of the city near the Grand Bazaar if you chose this area to stay. Very good breakfast. The view from the rooftop restaurant is great. I recommend Hotel Mest!

The view was incredible. John, Valeria were very helpful in every request we had. Valeria offered a lot of info at the beginning of the stay and John was super helpful with tips and help bringing the luggage and receiving us a couple of blocks from hotel to help carry luggage

The staff at the hotel were the most amazing people and made our trip to Istanbul so memorable that we will come back and stay there again. The Concierge service is second to none. They walked us to particular restaurants and cafe they recommended and even ordered the specialities for us to ensure we got what they recommended. The tours recommended could not be faulted and lived up to our expectations and beyond. They communicated via Whatsapp regularly and gave us updates and recommendations. We would also like to mention Ridvan on reception. What the concieges were not available he would always step in and help. He even went shopping for me in his own time to bring back an item I was searching for. One of the best Hotel experiences we have ever stayed at. Recommend to anyone staying in Istanbul.

This Hotel was exceptional, very quiet although centrally located. The rooms were spacious and had every amenity you would wish for. The breakfast was marvellous and had a wonderful choice of fruit, yoghurts, juices and hot options. The most outstanding aspect were however the staff and incredibly accommodating both in terms of the reception staff, the bar staff and we were allowed to stay in our room until late at night prior to our midnight flight from Istanbul. A special then you to Mr Gokhan Gokmen and his ability to make his guests very special and personal service.

Location was very close to historical sites and restaurants. Ferit the manager was always ready to help whenever the need arose. Very clean room supplied with fresh towels, tea and coffee on a daily basis. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic. The staff are always approachable, helpful and friendly. We also received great tips for places to eat and for our visit to the hammam, and to top it all off, we were given a fantastic guide.

Very friendly staff, the room is extremely clean. The location of the hotel is the best if you have come to see Istanbul as a tourist. A tram stop in front of the hotel that takes you to the top tourist spots. The ferry that takes you to the Asian side is a 3-minute walk away.

The staff were amiable. Mustafa went the extra mile to ensure our stay was impeccable. Our room was upgraded, and his suggestions for sightseeing were accurate. Highly recommend it 👌

New hotel, small room but clean and cmfy

Naif and his family are extremely helpful and they take care of their guests. There was the issue with the water heating, they got it fixed immediately. They helped arrange low cost travel to Bursa and were excellent guides. The hotel location is ideal, walking distance to Eminounu, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. There are many eating options and restaurants and Spice Bazaar nearby. We were spoilt by eating choices and shopping options. We never needed to take a taxi. Get an Istanbul card and travel by tram to any destination. Overall, a great experience.
