First of all, this stay was one of our great stays from all the time of our 20+ years of travelling! Superb warm welcome by Ozgur, who is fab host, who has helped us in many things, including preparing a great table for my birthday dinner. He has recommended me and my wife the best beach around which is Yoruk-Ali, which is just 10 minutes walk from the property. Don't use the Nizam beach which is very poor. Very tasty Turkish breakfasts, where you are welcome to eat from 8:00am till noon, anytime. Ozgur gave a great birthday present at the end of our 2 night stay. I am sure I will bring my parents next year to Nizam Butik Otel!!! All the best to you and would love to meet again next time!

The hotel is amazing! The room (we staid in a separate bungalow) is spacious, the territory is green and serene, the terrace in front of the bungalow is perfect for a relaxing dinner or coffee, and the breakfast is delicious and it takes almost an hour to eat:) And thank you to the very nice personnel.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and received a very warm welcome from the owners. Not only is the property charming and characterful, it is a treasure trove full of wonderful period furniture. The restaurant was equally charming. We were really happy with our choice for a romantic stay on Princes Islands.

Our family has spent amazing days in this hotel. The garden on backyard is perfect place to stay during siesta time.

The property is set back from the main/busy area of town but within walking distance (or a quick bus ride) but it’s worth it for the peace and tranquility. The staff are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

We love Aya Butik. We were on the island with many other groups for a wedding and they accommodated us all very well, nothing was too much for the manager. Location is great, 5 mins walk from the main square. Good air con and facilities which were needed in the heat! Would highly recommend Aya to anyone having a short stay on the island.

The location is amazing! The room is next to the seashore. Very chilly and relaxing. The breakfast is very good. It’s difficult to find tasty food in Istanbul, so the breakfast was a huge surprise. The room is very comfy, all necessities are there, plus free minibar.

I have no words to explain the feelings I bought my stay in splendid Palace Hotel - everything starting from beautiful architecture, location, staff was top-notch.

Tiara Buyukada is ideally located next to the port and center of Buyukada, everything is within 5 minutes walk! The view from the room was breathtaking and everything was spotless clean. Friendly staff, even met the fantastic, friendly owner who makes sure to talk to every customer and get their opinion. It is highly recommended and I will surely return!
