The hotel is clean and the room very comfortable. I would stay here again! Lovely staff members, vey polite and patient.

It was a perfect stay in a big room with comfortable bed. If we could, we would have stayed longer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could rent a bike for free. It was not the best, but all we needed to drive to the forest and see some monkeys.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is easily reached by bus from the main railway station and is next to a promenade that leads directly to the night market and the beautiful coastal area within a short walk.

The room is clean and big. The bed is fair. Bathroom is ok. The staff is friendly. A/C and TV is ok. They have fountain near the elevator. It's very convenient to get water.

The lady on reception was so helpful and gave us lots of tips for Hualien. Very nice room, comfy beds and excellent value for money. Free snacks and drinks were a bonus too. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks!
