Lovely hotel in great area next to the university. Nice extensive breakfast. The rooms were huge. very nice toilets.

Good value for money, esp compared to those in Taipei. Opposite the train station, but a bit of distance to main attractions. It’s about 30-40 walk/drive to those attractions and farmers to the old fortress.

Spacious, clean, fast check in, staffs are friendly and having USB & USBC charger switch beside the bed. It is also beside Tainan railway train.

It's within walking distance from Tainan station, 24hours laundry shop and surrounded by a lot of restaurants. And hotel rent out bicycles for free which save us a lot of time to walk to nearby markets and tourists spots.

It is very clean and located in a great area — just a 2-minute walk from Tainan Train Station, and the Tainan Bus Stop is right below the hotel.

Just two minutes by walk from Tainan station. Very clean and nice room. The staff was incredibly gentle with me and I also could drink a free coffee when I came back to take my luggage. Oh, they also gave me an upgrade so I could get the room with the city view. Thanks for your kindness!

This was our favorite hotel during our 10 day stay in Taiwan. The room was spacious, the beds confortable and the location very convenient. The staff was friendly and one young lady gave us lots of good advice about sightseeing in the city in very good French and English!

Hotel was a big surprise fro me. In lobby for 24 hours there are coffee and tea service, cola,and soft drinks are for free of charge. Room was really nice and pretty big. AC was operating well. Also self laundry service is available all time for free.

Great location. Walking distance to many local attractions. City bus stop near-by which you can ride from the rail-train station (Zero-left which runs every 30 min.). Friendly staff. Convenient parking if you drive.

The hotel far exceeded my expectations. It was spotless clean, extremely well run, well furnished with everything of high quality and in excellent condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry in the same building was very good. The hotel is offering free snacks afternoon and evening. Breakfast was good as well. I often stay in hotels and honestly, I rarely experience a hotel run as well as this. I absolutely recommend it.

The breakfast had plenty of asian and western options for everyone to enjoy. Without a doubt the highest quality breakfast we've seen on our trip. The hotel design is awesome, and the staff is extremely friendly. We loved to take the bikes there for free!
