Staff were excellent comfy bed clean

It was clean and close to everywhere.

The location was right by the riverwalk and perfect for us. We had a river view room that we enjoyed.

This hotel was amazing from the rooftop bar and pool to the free drinks between 5 and 6 and coffee in the the morning 9 till 10

Everyone was very family friendly. Staff was amazing had a wonderful time. Staff everywhere always willing and wanting to help that just made my stay even more amazing

This is an excellent place to stay at when visiting San Antonio. We were greeted by the most friendly staff which helped us with anything we needed from our laundry to getting water and coffee. The rooms are very clean, the come and tidy and change towels everyday. Internet is SUPER fast which was great given that we work while traveling. The area is a little out but it felt super safe. We had no trouble and it is an enjoyable walk to downtown even in the heath. We travelled by train so the position is also very convenient as its near the train station. I can recommend staying here if you visit San Antonio and want to enjoy the riverwalk, the alamo and downtown. Thanks for making our stay very nice.

Pretty close to key downtown areas, very accessible, and has a private parking section. Rooms are also spacious and cozy, and guests have the freedom to do whatever they want, with limits of what is reasonable.

I love the older classic vibe of the hotel and room but with a modern feel. It was exactly the vibe I wanted for my stay. The double queen room was very spacious. Perfect for my group of 6 hang out and 4 overnight stay. The bed was comfy and seemed bigger than a queen. The room was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. Shower was great.

Breakfast was yummy and fresh. The staff were quite friendly and always ready to help. Issues were promptly addressed, with the speed of light. One of the staff at the reception (Elijah Zavala) was quite outstanding. Love the 24/7 availability of premium coffee for guests at no extra cost.

The veggies in the potatoes were bomb. There was a parade we watched from our room. The room was cozy.
