Great stay. We were looked after very well by the fantastic staff - Shane, Erika, Agustin and the rest of the team were great and extremely helpful in our stay.

large clean room, 5 minute walk from the SAP centre, so perfect to watch a show there. Caltrain is also 5 minutes walk away, so easy to reach from san francisco

This is an excellent property ! Location is very convenient to attend the convention ! The staff was very friendly and cooperative . They even allowed me one hour extra time to check out .

There’s a laundry room for guest use. There’s a mini-shop downstairs, with drinks, snack and frozen food. (Vegetarian options too) Microwave in the room.

The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. They have also opened the food section, which was a great addition to our stay. The front desk and housekeeping teams were incredibly friendly and helpful — everyone was so kind to us throughout our time there. A special mention to Priscilla Rabika at the front desk for her excellent service, and Laura from housekeeping, who was amazing. We truly felt well looked after and would happily stay again.

For the price the room and beds were excellent. Very clean. Would recommend to everybody. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this one is a great value.

The rooms were spacious, clean with all basic amenities. The staff were very professional, courteous and helpful. Its a good location very close to the train station. Value for money!
