Everything was superb. The staff, the breakfast on the terrace, our diner in the Portuguese restaurant, coctails at the Long Bar. The concierge was great as well, in service and communiation by whatsapp. When we left we were asked what could be improved and we could not come up with one single thing. Excellent.

Great location , young dynamic clean

Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed. The fourth floor gold service was outstanding. Wonderful to have a smaller quieter space for relaxing. The Pantry/hors d'ouvre/breakfast excellent and all the staff were wonderful. We stayed here many years ago and it is equally good and next time we're in Boston would be back without hesitation.

I was very impressed with the room size. We were four persons in the family and the two Queen beds were perfect for our comfort considering we stayed for 8 nights. The two armchairs and desk with chair were awesome. The coffee (which was good) and tea in the morning at the Lobby was very convenient. The people at the Front Door are very helpful and friendly. When you call for anything, you receive your request right away! Furthermore, the room had windows on two sides. The one beside my bed I could look out to and watch the sky and the people on the street.

Everything clean and tidy. Bathroom has shampo and soap and towels .. bedroom is comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good, multiple choices to choose from.also parking is available.. Thanks a lot ,keep it up

Staff were very nice and helpful about any questions that I had. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Being able to do laundry on site and buy water/snacks on site was a nice thing to have access to.

Great location. Close to all the terrific diners in Watertown. Staff is friendly and exceptionally responsive. Rooms were recently renovated and the amenities are superior which includes the best lobby coffee maker and hotel/motel coffee I have ever had---there is a Dominos and liquor store across the street. And there is also an excellent walking trail along the Charles River which is only two blocks away.

The hotel was clean and cozy. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. It has its own parking which is paid on the spot, at night is a little hard to find a spot but we managed to find one. We stayed twice during our trip and both times we were very pleased with our stay!

The staff was super nice and always willing to help. We were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with an amazing decoration. Definitely exceeded our expectations, we hope we get the chance to come back! 🫶🏻

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect—only a 9-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The property owners were exceptionally helpful and caring throughout the entire process. They sent very detailed instructions, including a video guide, and even called to make sure I had received everything and knew exactly how to get to the property. Their level of communication and attention to detail was truly outstanding. The place itself was very safe, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was thoughtfully designed, and you could really feel that everything had been prepared with love and care. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and would happily stay here again!

The Newbury is a very nice hotel with helpful staff and a great location near the Boston Common. There were many attractions and shops within walking distance and the hotel is situated very close to a subway station that made touring Boston a breeze.

From arriving at the hotel, reception was excellent and very helpful, room was really lovely and very comfortable. Bar was great, food and staff amazing. Really, even the doorman are so friendly and helpful.

Central location Clean rooms Thoughtful service (for example we were touched that the cleaners put our milk (for the kids) into the ice bucket for us when there was no refrigerator without even being asked!
