Beautiful, clean & stylish, attention to detail, and great service

The hotel suite (King) was amazing! It had a full kitchen with cabinets (full size refrigerator and stove top, microwave and dish washer) with dishes (mugs, cups, salad and dinner plates), utensils (forks, spoons, dinner knives), and cookware (pots, pans, spatula, cooking spoon, knives). They even had a cutting board, wine opener, and can opener! There was a toaster, too. The bathroom was beautiful, with a separate soaking tub and big shower stall. The entire suite was spacious, with a little dining area beside the kitchen with 4 chairs, a living room area with a pull out sofabed, and a big balcony with seating that overlooked the pool. The pool was heated and had a jacuzzi. There were many poolside activities for the kids (bounce house, paddle ball, mini golf (2 holes), and an in pool basketball net. They are pet friendly, so there is a dog park and plenty of lighted walking areas surrounding the hotel. The staff was super friendly and fast at check-in. Rather than key cards, they have bracelets, so no more lost hotel keys or scrambling to find it at the door. The property is nicely landscaped and centrally located to shopping centers, restaurants, and the theme parks. I loved my room, and it honestly felt like an apartment; an efficiency apartment, but it was way more than a hotel room. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were so dreamy that I fell asleep easily and fast. The headboard is nice and padded so I could sit up and watch TV from the comfort of my bed.

I liked everything in the hotel.The staff , the location , the cleanliness , the rooms , the service, value for money,the shuttle service, the breakfast.In short there was nothing to be complained.

Location was so convenient, and the staff at the breakfast buffet had outstanding customer service.

Dirty. Smelled like weed. Police patrolling t parking lot constantly. Breakfast was a joke. Oatmeal in a go cup with no milk. 5 muffins for the whole hotel. No restock. Staff rude about it.

We were pleasantly surprised. Location was great, room was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was great.

Great lodging option in Orlando. The price is very good, but don’t choose this hotel for the shuttles to the parks—the schedules are terrible. If you want to do rope dropping (arriving before the parks open), the only shuttle that allows this is the one to Universal Studios. The rest leave too late, and the return trips to the hotel are scheduled before the parks close. My recommendation is to stay here because it’s right next to a Super Walmart. You can walk there to buy breakfast items and frozen meals. You can save a lot by doing this! The room has a microwave so you can heat up meals, and a coffee maker that gets restocked daily. There are also several gift shops within walking distance. To get to the parks, I recommend using Uber or Lyft, which cost between $10 and $20 per trip. Return rides tend to be more expensive since everyone leaves the parks at the same time. Regarding the security deposit, we had no issues— it was returned properly. I strongly recommend this hotel. It’s not luxurious, but the room is spacious and the bathroom is perfect. They clean the room and change the towels daily. Perfect.
