The staff were very friendly and helpful. Varied breakfast every day with eggs, ham or sausages, freshly made pancakes and cereals. Free shuttle to and from Disney and Universal. Rooms were clean and tidy and serviced each day. I would definitely stay at Galleria Palms again

Beds were extremely comfortable, pool was great. Breakfast was better than expected. Refrigerator did not work well, but they bought us a new on right away.
