Would definitely recommend the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The room was much bigger than we expected and very clean. Check in and out was very easy. The gym was a good surprise along with the other amenities of the hotel. There was free tea and coffee in the room, and they offered to clean it every day.

In May 2025, we spent two wonderful weeks on the 16th floor of the LUMA Hotel, including breakfast. The hotel is ideally located between Bryant Park and Times Square, just steps from the Times Square subway station—making it easy to explore the entire city without transfers. Despite our room facing 41st Street, we heard no street noise. Both the breakfast and room service were excellent. This hotel is definitely worth a return visit—we’d love to stay here again.

The location of the hotel is the first big plus, everything you need on a daily basis is just around the corner. Second, the staff is extremely nice and professional from the manager to the cleaning staff. Our room was fairly large and had an amazing view. At nighttime it was very quiet despite the busy area.
