Everything was fantastic, the staff were very helpful & friendly. I had a very early start the one day and the man on reception waited with me outside for my taxi. Always services with a smile and good conversation. The food in the restaurant was delicious at breakfast - we didn't get a chance to try it for dinner but it smelt delicious and the bar service was great. Our room was lovely, great bathroom (shower) and the bed was very comfortable. The fitness suite was small but more than enough for what I needed and had a good array of equipment. Everything was spotlessly clean. We wouldn't hesitate to book the hotel again for our next visit.

The receptionist was very patient and attentive to the needs of the guests, and the room also had a nice selection of snacks and special flavored drinks on the floor, which was a pleasant surprise.

Beautifully appointed historic hotel. We were kindly given an upgrade so our accommodation was lovely. Large, spacious and very comfortable. We found the staff professional and friendly. Great location near Newbury street with many shops and restaurants.

I loved the view!! it was amazing! we were at 12 floor with a view of Charles River bridge. The hotel looks good, nice environment, we felt it safe and nice. I travel with my teenage daughter and we both enjoyed staying there. It's around 10 minutes away from Fenway Park and 7 minutes from Charles River bridge (both walking distance). The rooms are very small but they are well organized and had all basic services, so we felt it very comfortable. I think the relationship between the price I paid and the hotel characteristics was very good.

The location was fantastic; easy walk to the main retail and eating streets in Back Bay, the Cheers Bar and Boston Gardens. With two good size bedrooms there was plenty of space in the apartment for our party, the clean, modern kitchen had everything you would need when on holiday. Comfy beds. Washing machine and dryer were very efficient. A great find!
