Beautiful sand and warm water; If here in very warm weather, bring your own water to drink as easy to dehydrate and there's a huge parking area so a bit of a walk to actual beach areas. The sea water is lovely and warm with sandy bottom, and the coastline area is relatively uncrowded generally.

Massively over-developed.

Massively over-developed. Although our hotel was close to the shore, we couldn't actually get to the sea as so many houses had been built in between. Was further from the Kennedy Space Centre than we had expected so I wish we had stayed elsewhere.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location, right on the beach and close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops in Cocoa Beach. It was very well equipped, exactly as described and just like the photos. Spotlessly clean and very spacious, perfect for our family of four.

This place was really clean, with responsive staff, it's near cocoa beach, so instead of paying for parking you could just walk over to enjoy the beach. If you are visiting NASA, you should check out their bundle deals (comes with tickets and hotel stay, pity we missed that out).

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the early check-in and room upgrade were very much appreciated. The hotel and particularly the location exceded my expectations with just a short walk to the beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. The balcony had a lovely view of the sea. The convenient parking and a complimentary breakfast were a great bonus!

Fab hotel, great for staying at cocoa beach as the beach itself is right on the door step. the hotel does a nice buffet breakfast. it also does free hire of beach and bike equipment on a first come, first served basis.

This is our second stay at Cocoa Beach Hotel. We booked again to stay for a few days before our cruise and this time we booked 2 rooms as we were a party of 10. The rooms are spacious with balconies, coffee machines, and very comfy beds. There is also a great selection for breakfast and overall the hotel is great value for money. We loved the pools and spent a lot of time swimming, and the beach is just a short walk away. I would highly recommend staying here. Especially as a pre or post-cruise stopover.

Room was clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Nice showers. Grounds & pool were nice. Covered parking was convenient, no hot car to get into. Short walk to beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. We ate sushi at the Pier62, it was good. Will visit this hotel again. We recommend!
