I had breakfast at the Oak Kitchen restaurant, it was good and the staff were very attentive.

Great location - within walking distance to all sightseeing, shopping area, a supermarket, cafes and restaurants, and Back Bay Amtrak train station. Copley Metro station (green line) is less than a minute walk from the hotel. They serve complimentary coffee and pastry in the morning and fruits are available at the reception throughout the day. There is a nice coffee-shop and a restaurant onsite. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Room is equipped with all amenities one needs to feel comfortable. There is also a microwave and ice machine on the 1st floor. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.

The location is unbeatable, just a few steps away from Newbury Street. The room was incredibly spacious, as was the bathroom. Every detail of my stay was perfect. The room service team was exceptional, and every meal I ordered was absolutely delicious

Breakfast was fantastic! The shuttle was very convenient and the driver was nice to talk with. The cleaning staff were also very helpful and kind. The front desk staff were exceptional! All around it was a great place to stay and spend a few days.

Great location! You can walk around the entire Newbury area with ease. There are lots of restaurants and shopping right in the vicinity. It's also close to the train station, the library and other great spots.

Location was excellent to subway Prudential stop right outside. Spacious clean room. Complimentary wattle bottles. Arrived early and room was available to check in.

We were very sceptic about shared bathrooms when booking this property but when we arrived we realized that bathrooms are great, spacious and clean. Everything is very nice!
