Luxurious vibe and great location

Insane hotel. The room was clean, cozy and spacious. Did not want to leave. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were amazing. The hotel was in a good location and the staff were really lovely. If I ever go back to San Fran I would 100% stay here again!

Everything was fantastic. Staff were friendly especially Jorge and the turn-down lady. Great views from my room. Quick and efficient service all-round.

Excellen quick choice for one overnight for us

Rooms were great, hotel lobby was impressive, staff were helpful and friendly, pool was sizeable and kids loved it. Location was also within easy walking distance to anywhere in San Francisco CBD.

Room was a good size and had a corner view, Coffee and Tea provided free in the reception area.

Was a little sceptical when I opened the door of the Hotel from the street and looked up the stairs that led to the reception desk, walking down the hallway to my room didn't change my scepticism. On opening the door to my room my I couldn't have been more surprised (in a very good way) . Exceptionally clean and comfortable which looked brand new , great amenities like an extremely large tv and a bathroom mirror which was touch activated for light and heat which in itself was in an immaculately clean bathroom beautifully tiled with a superb shower with a head which could be altered for different water patterns. On speaking to the owner he told me he's in the process of modernising the hotel and started by updating the rooms to which are a very high standard in my book . He's also in the process of installing an elevator to which he showed me the progress of the work , coming along nicely. The Hotel itself is in a brilliant location, within a block in any direction you are spoilt for choice for restaurants and bars with great (friendly) nightlife. Short walks to the Marina district and Chinatown. I would recommend this place to anyone and will not hesitate to book again . 👍

Great location with great staff

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. We felt like we were VIP guests from all the care that employees provided for us. And it was even before and after checking in. The location is perfect, close to Union square and the hotel has historic vibe that feels amazing.

The location is very good and, for the price, I wasn’t expecting breakfast. There are much more expensive hotels that don’t even offer that. It’s not a big breakfast, but they have coffee and pastries that do the trick, and for a couple of days that really solves the issue. They also offer free coffee and water 24/7. Everything is very convenient and staff was helpful.

Everything was perfect. Conveniently located close enough to all that I wanted to have easy access to. And the daily breakfast down stairs at Fish and Farm is fantastic.

Nice neighborhood (the hotel was on clean street), great location, friendly staff, clean facilities. I would stay here again if I come back to San Francisco :)!

Service, hotel lobby ambience, beds, products in the room, Nespresso coffee pods. Also liked the fact that we were given $25 credit per day towards food and beverage.

Staff members were super nice and friendly. The receptionist also helped accommodate me while I was on a Zoom meeting by letting me sit closer to a power outlet, which I really appreciated-it was a lifesaver! The location is perfect — literally three minutes from the Ukrainian Consulate and right next to the Dragon Gate. There are multiple cafés and restaurants within walking distance, especially a bagel place that is really good and reasonably priced.

The location was excellent, close to all the sightseeing places in San Francisco. There were lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. The rooms were very spacious. We had two connecting rooms with sofas and it felt like a home. The entire hotel was really upscale and the rooms were extremely clean and well decorated. The staff was very friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The staff were really amazing. Tony, Rey and Saba. They were really personable, patient and understanding. Highly emotionally intelligent people who earned my trust and thsts what exceeded my expectations.
