Property was great ! The view of the air conditioning system was suboptimal but i guess try stay on a higher floor

Beautiful place and very comfortable

Probably the best hotel I've stayed at. The room was bigger than average rooms, everything was clean and smelled good. Nice details like magazines, the menu and things to do in Portland. Staff was all very nice and helped us with any questions we had. We didn't use the gym but it was well equipped. Loved the library and the decoration. We also tried the food at the tavern and it was very good and well priced.

Lovely room with a great view. Great location for walking around and exploring. Ate in the restaurant on site, they were very helpful when I mentioned I was gluten free, and the food was outstanding. Bed very comfortable and shower powerful and nice and hot. Multi story parking garage located at site which was very convenient.

My stay as a solo traveler in this hotel was better than expected. Located in a well-preserved old building, the hotel's atmosphere is unique and cozy. The reception and the restaurant have a unique character with amazing details and furnishings. Even if you are not staying in, it is worth stopping by for brunch or dinner. The staff was also amazing, with a very welcoming attitude and always checking for any requests. I will definitely consider staying in this property again.

Excellent staff! Outstandingly clean facilities. 100% exceptional in every way!!! The room is like an apartment. The addition of a kitchenette made The stay even more convenient.

Right across the streetcar stop so location is very reachable when not using a car. Breakfast was very filling, certainly no complaints there. The self-service laundry was good as well (you can pay by card, no need for pennies anymore). Will certainly stay here again once I am back in Portland.

As a couple, both of us were greatly impressed by the environment of the hotel, the additional amenities, friendliness of staff and general comfort; a nice gesture is the hour for preparing s’mores (a gesture that is not expensive, but clients appreciate) and the patio and other facilities of the hotel. Great Location. The breakfast, even being a continental breakfast, was good and with plenty of choices. We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and could notice that the quality of breakfast depended on who was in charge, on a specific day; therefore, a recomendation, if there is any issue with the brakfast, notify the staff at the lobby. A nice gesture is that they allowed us to do checking and get into the room earlier.

Had a great stay: amazing sleep + loved the pool + saunas. Front desk staff were amazing. Gorgeous 16th floor lounge + outdoor patio with fireplaces,!
