This hotel is located on a beautiful state beach property that is steps away from the water. The hotel itself is very rustic but I found it so charming. My family loved lighting the fireplace at night and the beds were comfortable. We loved keeping the sliding door open and listening to the waves at night. We would absolutely stay again to enjoy the magic and uniqueness of the property.

Wonderful breakfast with many options. Rooms were spacious and welcoming. The lobby happy hour was a happy surprise with fantastic service. The hotel was beautifully decorated. Overall, a wonderful property, we cannot wait to return.

The front desk receptionist, Ranjita, helped me check in during this visit and my previous visit here. She was amazing and so accommodating and made our stay 10 out of 10 on both occasions. She made things special for us and because of her, we will continue to stay here when we visit Monterey. Thanks for everything Ranjita!

I loved the room and the pool area.

This basically felt like a hotel, everything was in such good condition, exactly like the photos, clean, nice stop in Monterey.

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and the fireplace was lovely. It right by Asilomar and an easy walk to the boardwalks and beach.

Perfect place for me. The room was super big, lots of amenities, the location at the entrance of ASILOMAR grounds is perfect for beach access, for those interested in that. I was there for a conference; I had a great stay.

Cute suites and lots of room and facilities. The fully stocked kitchen was really nice and there was wine in the lobby as we arrived which set a very welcoming and comfortable tone for the place.

The location is a dream. We stayed in a 2 br and it was so cozy and convenient for a family with small kids. We lit the fireplace, cooked a meal. Pacific grove is heavenly and the hotel was really calm and peaceful
