A beautiful old building, spacious and peaceful. We even got to use the complimentary bicycles for half a day.

Lovely hotel, perfect for solo travelers. Good location, close to The Wharf (restaurants near the port) and The Mall and Capitol Building. 20 minutes walking to Capital One Arena for concerts. Checkin process went smoothly on the tablet, late checkout at 14:00 option available, very nice common area with restaurant and lovely staff than answered all my questions. Also had an issue with my card and asked the staff to pay cash for food at the restaurant and it was possible with fixed amount. The biggest plus for me was the fact that this hotel doesn’t charge a damage deposit. Room was small but functional, with everything you might need. Clean towels and linens, very big bed, hot water, mini fridge, hair dryer. Loved the black out blinds and electronic use of the amenities. Had to make an international call from my room and it was free. Lovely view from rooftop bar.

The staff were excellent, the location was perfect to get around the city and proximity to the metro station which was just across the road. Easy access to everything. The overall vibe of the hotel and lobby area was upbeat and modern.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, though it didn't have a lot of variety (which can be a good thing considering food waste). Microwaves were also very handy!

Great room; perfect for us to share as a young family and a useful kitchen set-up. Breakfast was top-drawer and the use of the rooftop pool was a real highlight for all of us.

It was a wonderful stay here. The staff, from the manager to the pool staff were simply excellent and very friendly and helpful. Everyone at reception was really great too. We had the bikes to ride twice, very good. The room was great with a great view of the harbour. All in all, a great stay.
