The friendly atmosphere and the staff being polite

The location of the hotel was great for exploring Cincinnati, and especially for the stadiums (we were visiting to see a Bengals game). The hotel itself is modern and clean. Our room was large and spacious, with a nice seating area for watching TV and a big bed. The shower was absolutely amazing! Staff were kind and friendly.

The room was neat, bed was comfortable and the hotel restaurant was really good as well. We had dinner prior to the show we were there to see then stopped in to have drinks later.

My stay was exceptional from start to finish. The location was perfect, and every interaction; from the front desk to the valet and doorman; was warm and professional. The upstairs bistro was a great touch, and my room, including the bathroom, was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Special thanks to Candy Cook for her outstanding professionalism. Great location in the middle of Cincy. Easy to get about, great bars in the area. Nicely placed between OTR and the riverside. Room was excellent.

Located right at the end of the Purple bridge on the Kentucky side of the river. Excellent views of the city skyline from the bridge. A convience store, lots of shops, eating places, bars and the aquarium all very nearby but in a quite, family friendly area. Nice rooms, big TV, fridge, excellent free WiFi throught, air con etc. There is a pool, gym and game room but I did not avail so cannot comment. Cincinnati downtown is quite walkable along the very nice river front and Lfyt / Uber rides were cheap and very avaliable for those less energetic days. The lower cost of the hotel more than made up for any 'taxi hires' needed. A multi story car park is available if your driving. The very regular bus (Southbank Shuttle) to the centre also stops very near the hotel entrance. The 2x bus from the Airport can take about 1 hour 20 minutes and if via Florence also requires bus changes before it gets to the downtown area and is still about a mile from the hotel. A Lyft ride from the dedicate pick up point at the airport was $40 with tip - good value if you are pressed for time, like the lack of destination confusion or are in a small group sharing the cost (Bus is $2 each one way)

I cannot praise Homewood suites enough. Before my stay they had answered any queries I had both efficiently and professionally. On arrival the check in process was so easy and friendly and was given all the information I needed. My room was so clean and beautifully appointed. Coffee maker, microwave,fridge freezer and dishwasher. Bed was super comfy and usb charging points everywhere. Breakfast was fantastic so fresh and the guys changed out anything that had sat there too long and were so friendly suggesting places to see and best ways to get there. I didn’t hire a car as I wanted to see the city and great American ballpark and Paycor Stadium is literally across the river. Within a mile or so there is Target and Kroger for all your shopping needs. Download the Kroger app to get the weekly downloadable vouchers. An uber back from there is also only $7. I love this City and I loved my stay here and most definitely will be coming back.

Staff was beyond friendly and helpful

The staff were exceptional. Victoria on the front desk was a delight and Keisha who looked after us at the bar both nights was exceptional. Both do friendly and accomodating

Fabulous location as able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We loved getting texts from both front house staff and the valet. We only needed an Uber to get to the zoo. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Amanda in Mavericks. Having a breakfast spot in the hotel was also a bonus.

great location in downtown (very convenient). lovely old Art Deco building. great size room with kitchen, table, sofa etc. bed was big and comfortable. view from 6th floor, rear facing was ok. lovely helpful staff.

Really nice atmosphere and very well positioned to the downtown district. Easily walkable to broadway.

Tyler and Timmothy are hospitable and informative and added to the enjoyable time we had. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and a friendly/welcoming place to be.

The vallet staff was amazing! Front desk was easy, they let us check in early. The room was nice and clean. Hotel overall was very nice, perfect location to the stadium, plenty of restaurants near by. Would stay agian.
