Staff very friendly, let me leave a bag until check in. Room / bathrokm were very clean, with incredibly comfortable beds and Pillows. Location was good, a little further out than what I would of loved but it worked

I was extremely impressed with the front desk staff, I spoke to Shay who was the night time receptionist and she was very generous, polite and understanding to all my needs and requests. the hotel staff accommodated my special request for my partner superbly and surprised even myself. The suite was excellent and everything was so neat and tidy, my partner's reaction to the suite made everything worth it.

Probably one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful modern clean room with a comfortable bed and everything we needed. Amazing shower and bathroom. Location was perfect, being able to take the elevator and exit right on the riverwalk was so cool. Valet was super friendly and professional.

The location was great. The surrounding environment was enjoyable. Loved taking a stroll around the RIVERWALK. The view from the room overlooking the river was serene. Comfortable and enjoyable

Very close to the markets. 25 minute walk to the alamo. Perfect for me. Good price. Staff helpful and friendly and enjoyed my stay. Quite private and would stay there again. Clean room. Nice and spacious. People where great. Recommend for solo travellers

We took full advantage of the shuttle made available for Airport pickup/dropoff and to the River walk. This service is absolutely brilliant. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and had a staff member available for top ups and clean up. We were super spoilt having our room upgraded, and we were able to check in immediately upon arrival. Huge shoutouts to all staff we encountered, but in particular Monica (Operations Manager) who collected us from the airport and gave us some great San Antonio visitors tips, and to the shuttle driver. We loved our weekend in San Antonio!

Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Room was Fantastic, upgraded to a junior suite Short walk to the busy river walk area. Breakfast was great, plenty of options with fresh omelettes made to order. Lovely Bar/Restaurant A short drive from 6 Flags also.
