I loved the old building and the way the room decor was. U also loved the way the bathrooms were tiled. The breakfast place was amazing and run efficiently. The food was excellent.

Very beautiful window scene. The staff is really kind and helpful. The room is quite big.

The Staff, Brian,Briana, as well as the maids were extremely nice and helpful. It was super clean!

The room was big, the view was really good, good fridge and microwave.

The front desk staff were fabulous especially Giavonna & Edna, they were both so kind and helpful I will definitely stay here again. the twin room was so spacious and clean, housekeeping were also very friendly and accommodating thank you all

Great last minute stop, great location!

Reception staff on arrival were fantastic. Amazingly friendly and felt like they could not do enough. Gym was good, location good but staff were outstanding. The whole family enjoyed breakfast.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel room was incredibly spacious, modern and impeccable. Great hotel gym and the location is walking distance to everything. Highly recommend for anyone visiting New Haven.

I really Was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff member that checked me in named Glenda. She was extremely helpful and courteous with a pleasant demeanor I gave her five stars.

Very small bathroom. Air conditioning was subpar. Desk and TV stand very worn. Room was very clean

The hotel was very good location, the reception staff were excellent Rogel went out oh did way to help, I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again

The location is absolutely perfect everything I could ask for and then so close to everything walking Disney still long Walmart all fast food Duncan of a convenience store two drugstores supermarket and more. Staff is very nice, they don't bother you and will accommodate guests when needed. Housekeeping is very pleasant and willing to help with anything you ask for within reason.
