I love that the staff were very nice and accommodating. Kelly, one of the receptionists made sure that she address everything we need during our stay.

The staff and accommodation were wonderful. It’s a 12min A$5 Grab or Taxi to the Old Town & some great local restaurants & beach in walking distance.

Lofty, airy, clean, very nice room with outside balcony with jacuzzi. Best of all though was Hai, he was super survive minded and master of all trades!

Stayed at Fivitel Hoi An for 6 nights in mid November. The weather could have been better but we still got some nice days without rain and wind to enjoy the sceneries. Its well situated outside the busy areas of Hoi An and Da Nang which was what we were looking for after experiencing the touristy areas of Vietnam for two weeks prior. The room was great, clean and spacious on the 6th floor with a great view of the ocean and Da Nang in the distance. Great beds, good bathroom and big shower. The pool on the 7th/8th floor is a very nice bonus with an amazing view of the ocean, sadly it was very windy and little sun when we were there and the pool is not heated. But as nordic people we are used to swim in cold water so we went in a few times. We could enjoy the closest beach a few times, quite shallow waters with big waves. Very fun to jump around in! No rocks or anything in the water. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and understood english very well, especially Sen. Sen helped us book a car and tickets to visit Ba Na hills for a day and also cars to and from the airport. She also was kind enough to print out our plane tickets before our flight home. Highly recommended to stay here when visiting Da Nang/Hoi an!

The location was excellent. Right by the beach, and there were lots of mini marts and eating places within a short walking distance. The Old Town was further than walking distance, but it was easy and not expensive to get there.

The staff is very nice, especially Lana who was very helpful. The rooms were very clean and of good quality! The breakfast is great, and the swimming pool beautiful!

We loved everything about our stay at Minh Casa, the hosts are great, the pool has amazing views and the rooms are stunning.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was just right—close enough to explore easily but still quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The rooms were super clean and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day out. What really made this place special, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A huge thank you to Kevin and the lovely managing lady with short black hair (I feel bad for forgetting her name, but she was wonderful!). Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty choices to start the day. And I have to mention the pool and garden—they were just perfect. So peaceful and cozy. If you're visiting Hoi An, I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back!

What makes this place even more special is the incredible team. The staff here don’t just do their jobs; they genuinely care about your experience. They welcomed us with warm smiles Throughout our stay, they were attentive, helpful, and always ready to give local recommendations without being intrusive. Their hospitality felt less like a hotel service and more like being taken care of by good friends.

Everything the place awas amazing close to everywhere but very quiet

Very big and modern room in a nice urbanization with a pool. Good and chill area surrounded by rice fields. The center on Hoi An is only 30-60min walking. Or you can take with Grab Bike for less than 1€. I liked more this area that the center of Hoi An. Is perfect is you want to chill and how your own space and time. Also the owner of the apartment was very kind and helpful.

Our stay was absolutely first-class. You can even borrow bicycles free of charge. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Clean rooms with daily cleaning and very nice staff! It' right next to the beach and about 15min to the old town with the bicycle or 10min with the scooter.

As a solo traveler who loves immersing myself in local culture, this hotel gave me so much more than a place to sleep. The room was simple yet tasteful, with traditional touches that made it feel unique. But it was the small moments that made the biggest impact: the receptionist offering a hand-drawn map of hidden spots to explore, the chef preparing a bowl of mì Quảng just for me, and the breakfast server explaining which herbs go with which dish. One morning, they even arranged a boat ride through the nearby coconut forest. It wasn't a commercial tour – it was just a local uncle who took me around and shared stories of growing up there. That’s the kind of hospitality money can’t buy.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located, making it easy to explore Hoi An. The breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was beautiful and perfect for photos. What impressed me most was the staff. I accidentally left my phone in the Old Town, and they immediately helped me contact the right people and successfully retrieve it. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful.
