The staff was so nice, especially Nhi on the reception. Made my stay perfect =)

The view from the hotel and friendly staff.

The daily breakfast spread was excellent. Restaurant had wide variety of food available for lunch/dinner and tastes great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Superb, Nicest Breakfast I had in Many trips around the world. Congratulation to Owner , management and team. Many choices to make their guests from around the world happy. I'm an omelet and toast guy and it was perfect. The machine made an excellent cappuccino. Room was great with floor to ceiling wide windows. Nice view of the Dragon Bridge and Han River. Great Micro Brewery quality beers on the ground floor. The Heart of Darkness was far from dark and foreboding like in namesake in P.P. Great food too. I extended my stay for a total of four days. right around the corner from Bamboo 2 Bar. Great Loud rock and roll classics. cold beer and great pub food

The staff was very helpful. Appreciate what one of the staff did (I call him Peter). Even when he was busy, he assisted me when I needed help. I will definitely come back here on my next trip this year.

We visited the hotel for 5 nights. They welcomed us warmly and responsively with a wonderful view of the entire city. We express our heartfelt thanks to the entire team and especially Nguen Thi Ninh's warm smiles and wonderful professional attitude towards guests - , her desire to make us feel special really impressed us and left a wonderful memory of the whole hotel. The breakfast was very rich and very tasty. I recommend the hotel.

Location perfect for exploring city on foot. Very nice small boutique hotel. Rooms very clean. Quiet at night. Good bed. Good shower pressure. Super useful 24 hour shop at the entrance of the hotel. Staff always with a smile makes you feel great!

Kind staff, location, breakfast, cleanness and very good value for money.

We had an amazing stay at the cozy denang , the staff were amazing, the food was great and the location was perfect. Super comfortable beds. Thank you for your hospitality we had a fantastic time .

The location was great, with a beautiful view straight to the Dragon Bridge and the Han River. I stayed for one night around Tet, so the staff kindly upgraded my room for free, which was really lovely.

Very good place to stay in Danang staff also very good room was very clean worth for money

Perfect stay for our one night! In a cool location- lots going on in the street but you can’t hear anything from the rooms!

I loved everything about this place, big room with what looked like a relively new bathroom, very comfy bed, clean and very good value. Very central, staff were friendly and helpful. I liked it so much I stayed an extra three nights.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel because it is very convenient and comfortable. It is located close to the airport, so it was easy for me to travel without wasting much time. The hotel is also near many popular places, which made it easy to go out and explore the city. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained. I also appreciate the staff here, as they are very friendly and always willing to help with a smile. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Great welcome upon arrival from Mr. Phung Thanh and super fast check-in. View from the room and especially the pool area was awesome. Room was clean and comfy. Location worked well for us. Staff were really friendly, and we especially appreciated the recommendations for local food. Also, Heart of Darkness has a new tap room just one block from the hotel inside of Wink Hotel, and there's a branch of the famous 4 P's Pizzeria one block in the opposite direction (be sure to go early there, as the queue gets quite long during dinner time).

The hotel was amazing with great views of the city from both the rooms & the lift. The staff were very friendly & helpful. A great location very close to the Dragon bridge also restaurants coffee shops bars & markets etc. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Da Nang 😁

Location is absolutely central, hotel is so neat One of the friendliest most hospitable staff I have seen. Cindy and Cara fly over the moon to make you feel welcomed and comforted

Great place to stay. Great staff. Great location. Rooms are good value for money
