stayed here for two nights at sea view room last two weeks when i had my vietnam trip.first stop i visited is Duong Dong town in Phu Quoc.the hotel location is good, close to night market,you can walk to there within 10 minutes,also it is close to some famous spots in Duong Dong,like Dinh Cau temple and Dinh Bà Thủy Long Thánh Mẫu. the room is quite big,clean though not a new one.besides aircorn,they provide a stand fan,i love the fan,with it you dont need aircon anymore. staying here is very comfortable, you can watch the sea everyday. the sea view is nice,though you can see other building outside,but not a big issue, cuz Ngoc Chau dont have private beach,so cant ask for more.TV though youtube only,still enjoyable. washroom is ok, they provide basic toiletries, also free drinking water in the room,i love the fridge in the room, cuz i can keep my drinks bought outside here.the price is affordable. breakfast is simple,in mini buffet style,i love its pho,delicious,i had pho bo one day,and another day pho ga or hu tiue ga? both are tasty, you can ask staff to cook sunny side up for you.staffs in restaurant are nice,a girl is friendly and helpful,another boy is hardworking too. Lily the staff at the counter is very helpful,she can speak English, with her help,i booked an half day tour to starfish beach, and also rented a car with driver to An Thoi town, along the way to the south,i visited many places and buying some souvenirs. prices are both reasonable. Ngoc Chau is not a five star hotel,but i really enjoy the stay, will be back again,and highly recommended!

Best beach side resort in Phu Quoc. The breakfast is extra ordinary and has beach view and beach side swimming pool.

It locates next to the night market and so close to the sandy beach. Such a lovely staff.

Staff was friendly, room was spacious and clean, we got free water on several days and clean towels, got a recommendation for a motorbike rental from the staff and were able to park it at the hotel without problems, right next to the night market

Big bright clean rooms. Great location near the night market and everything you could want (food, coffee, laundry, beach). Staff were lovely and welcoming.

Owner Anna and Thuy on reception were both amazing and extremely helpful. The location right next to the night market meant lots of cheap food choices. The place was spotless, scooter hire only $5 and laundry super-quick. It even had views and a lift (elevator). Booked for one night and stayed for four! The best hotel on my trip so far. Highly recommended.

Room service daily. The outside downstairs sitting area was ok. Although small, room for 6 at a pinch, and it was in the market area.

It was only a few doors away from the night market but still quite enough to sleep, and was a very clean and comfortable big room with a great sea view on the 4th floor, also the shower was very powerful.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and provided outstanding service throughout my stay. The rooms and facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location is very strategic, making it convenient to travel both north and south. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good and good variety. Was there for 4 breakfasts and there some changes each day. Love the pool, infinity pool , looking out at the beach. Room was comfortable but the bathroom walls are glass. Although the shower and toilet are covered, the bathtub is not.

I had such a wonderful experience at Cherry Bean Hotel in Phu Quoc. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of the Night Market, which made everything so convenient and lively in the evenings. What impressed me the most was the kindness and honesty of the owners. They were incredibly friendly and helpful from the very beginning. They even asked me to check the room first and told me that if I didn’t like it, I could cancel for free. That level of honesty and confidence in their service really touched me. The whole experience felt warm, welcoming, and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 🌟

What I liked most about this place was the local vibe. There’s a local seafood restaurant on the ground floor serving fresh seafood at reasonable local prices. The hotel is only about 10 meters from the beach, with a beautiful view of the pier, especially in the sunset. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Phu Quoc.
