The staff were exceptional. They had organized doctor for my sick daughter and had been in touch to see if I needed anything further.

Free access to gym classes in the shopping mall. Beautiful hotel room. Location is also very central and convenient. Staff were helpful and can converse well in English.

The hotel reception is spectacular and causes great impression when you arrive. The apartment was very big and comfortable. It also had a living room and and a kitchen very well equipped. It also had a washing machine with drier, what is very convenient for longer stays. The breakfast takes place on floor 28th with the most amazing views.

Location is absolutely central, making sight-seeing easy. The free breakfast is great, and the staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel is set back into an alley, so it is surprisingly quiet for all of the activity going on in the neighborhood. (Follow the "Booking.com" instructions to find the hotel--not "Google Maps"--as Google maps leads you into the wrong alley.)

Location, location & location.,the friendliness of the staffs and the 2nd floor balcony room!

It is very near Benh Thanh Market which is filled with activities. Fortunately, the street traffic outside the hotel is low. Hence, it is quiet in the hotel rooms and one can sleep peacefully.

The hotel was beautiful, I was left stranded at 1AM from other dishonest accommodation. Dream palace came in as an angel we needed. Very beautiful facilities. I love that all paintings used for deco are promoting Vietnam as a country. Staff with beautiful character. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean!
