The reception Ms Na is very nice and kind , the door man who speaks Chinese is also very thoughtful.

Perfect location. Room was huge and the extra space was very much appreciated. Cleaned everyday. Amenities were perfect from toiletries to kitchen supplies. Convenience store on the ground floor was a huge plus. Many restaurants, all good. It was the perfect stay for my family and I. Grab was easy to book and never struggled finding the hotel. Breakfast was amazing.

All the staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. What was on offer was amazing from food and drink offerings, gym and health and the location was great. I would love to stay there again

This hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. The service could not been better.

Hotel is located in the city center and it is convenient for staying in short trip. Addtional 7-11 convenience store are close by the gate. Street section with full local restaurants is close by.

Location. Friendly staff. Pool and the pool bar. Breakfast is really good and quiet. Walking distance to many things.

This is an amazing hotel in the center of Saigon and the middle of the Japanese Quarter with great restaurants and bars. The room was big, clean and quiet. The hotel has a lovely rooftop bar with jacuzzi. There's also a spa and fitness center. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful!

Good location with warm service.

The personnel is unbelievable, takes care of you throughout your entire stay. They even asked me if I had used some SPF as the day was expected to be sunny or whether I was aware that it was going to rain that afternoon 😱 Besides, spacious rooms, overall cleanliness, good breakfast.

It’s the best hostel I’ve ever been, and I’ve been in many!! It’s organized, well located, cool staff and the beds are super comfortable!!

I stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable and made everything so convenient. The staff were professional, respectful, and always willing to help. One thing that really impressed me was their honesty and attention to guests’ belongings. I accidentally left my safety box open with my valuables inside. When I returned, I noticed that housekeeping had not cleaned the room. Shortly after, the housekeeping staff and their supervisor came to explain that they had seen the safety box open and chose not to enter or clean the room to ensure my belongings remained secure. Once they informed me, they returned to clean the room. I thought this was an incredible gesture and a true reflection of their integrity. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant stay. If I return to the city, I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in the centre of Sai Gon.Rooms spotless and beds/pillows so comfortable. Sky Bar for drinking they do in the top and it was superb.All staff so welcoming and happy to help with anything. Thoroughly recommend booking for your stay in 22land hotel saigon

we have never been in a hotel with such great hospitality. the ladies from the reception, the concierges, the service personnel at the coffee bar and restaurant were soooooo friendly and nice. it always felt a bit like coming home after returning to the hotel. the rooms are nice and cozy and the location is near to all the attractions of saigon. we had a great stay there. a special thank you for our miss daisy and khang. also thank you to sophie and dinh ....
