Great hotel in the centre of Ho Chi Minh! Excellent food and drinks.

The location is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars, as well as shopping malls and stores. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and caring. I will definitely go back there next time I‘m in HCMC.

Hotel is located in the city center and it is convenient for staying in short trip. Addtional 7-11 convenience store are close by the gate. Street section with full local restaurants is close by.

Breakfast and location were adequate

The staff here were exceptionally courteous to their guests and very helpful. Always happy to greet those arriving and departing. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Facilities were great. Location is also ideal for exploring Ho Chi Minh by foot.

The staff were very helpful and kind. To me, that’s the most important. The price reflects the hotel. For the price it was what I expected. I would return to this hotel.

Super clean and nice friendly staff

We had a truly wonderful stay at Signature by M Village Lê Thánh Tôn. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The reception team – especially Tina and Mia – went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. One great example was when they offered to change our booking from a large family suite to two separate rooms at no extra cost, which suited our needs perfectly. The location of the hotel is excellent – just a short walk from many of Saigon’s key attractions, and surrounded by great restaurants. The reception team even helped us choose where to dine and tipped us off about special local events and spa places worth visiting. They also advised us to leave early for the airport due to a planned traffic closure – something we really appreciated. The rooms were spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh each morning. All in all, we’ve rarely experienced such warm and attentive service. The entire front desk team made us feel completely at home. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Highly recommended! I had a wonderful and unforgettable stay at this hotel in Saigon. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city and visiting tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious as well. What I appreciated most was the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff, especially the receptionists. During my stay, I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience at a restaurant in the city and was cheated. When I told the reception staff about what had happened, they were genuinely concerned, listened to me, and did their best to help. Their kindness and support meant a lot to me during a difficult moment. A special thank you to Johnny 😊 I sincerely appreciate your kindness and help. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon!

Superb service, classy decor and ambience, beautiful and spacious rooms. The complimentary tea is a lovely touch. Staff are genuinely warm and helpful. Fantastic location close to excellent coffee and food, metro and main sights.

Everything about this stay was beyond excellent. The facilities were beautifully maintained, the location was perfect, and the staff were truly outstanding , a special mention to Cuong), so warm, attentive, and helpful throughout.
